My very first time I was put with Tammy and she was AMAZING I felt like she genuinely cared about making me feel great I've had pain in my big toes due to in grown toe nails (which I didn't know was the cause) until I met Tammy she asked if the sides of my toes ever hurt and I said yes they're sore most times and she went in there and did her thing and helped me a lot my toes don't hurt much anymore granted I know I'll have to keep getting that done to help that issue anyway. But after 6 years no one not one technician has asked me that. I felt genuinely cared for during my experience and will continue to go to Tammy for as long as possible! I just get the basic pedicure it's about $35 now which is some of the typical filing/scraping/shaping stuff and exfoliation/leg massage and obviously a color. Which to me I thought was over priced for what it is. but at the end of the day I'm not there for all the fru fru extra stuff I just want soft hydrated skin some relaxed foot muscles and pretty toes! But, I just had to focus on finding a more quality one and here's why: 1. Every time I had my fill with her, I'd walk out of her business with burning eyes. I could not drive right away because my eyes would be super watery and hurt. The burning would last off and on for about a week. Clearly, she doesn't use quality glue. 2. When "cleaning up" my lashes, she would pinch my eyelid at least once causing me to tense up. It was so awful, I've never experienced this before. 3. She would rarely fill every lash as she only filled what she could in one hour maximum. Rarely, did my lashes look like a volume set. I felt like I was just a number to her, trying to fit as many clients as possible into her schedule in one day. Her set up is comfortable enough, she tried to make it relaxing by playing some music but both times it did get kind of warm towards the ends of our session. I like how Genesis really took the time before she started to ask what I wanted and also offered her professional opinion. I felt like she really took a lot of time on me. Our first session, which was full classic lashes, took over 3 hours. I loved how my lashes turned out. Exactly what I asked for. My only complaint, was that my half of the lashes on my left side felt out within 3 days. So I made another appointment for a fill. I told her how they fell out and we came to the conclusion that I am a side sleeper. Again, I really was happy with the outcome. I was positive I did not roll onto my side this time while sleeping. I even wore a neck roll. But within 5 days more than half my lashes were gone. I really like Genesis, and most importantly I was extremely happy with how my lashes looked. Unfortunately, they just didn't last long enough. Lash fills are just too expensive and time consuming to have to come back every few days so I will have to find a new lash place.
