I went in on Monday and I was skeptical with the reviews. The young lady has a customer so I waited, but not too long. It was my first time and I was nervous. When she was done she wiped down the chair, changed gloves and advised me to have a seat. She took her time threading me and I wasn't Disappointed. I've been going here for years normally they're pretty good. Today I went and I've been growing out my eyebrows for a couple months, the lady that threaded them took away all the hair I've been growing out and made them thin again. Very disappointed. I've been working really hard to grow them out and it's upsetting it's all gone now and I have to restart again due to a language barrier. I literally want to cry! read more

Most pathetic service ever!!!! The lady asked me to sign up and I called to confirm if the earlier appointment is done and she said she is done with it. I went to the salon and she made me wait 10 minutes for a walk in. Then two more walk ins ahead of me which she was more interested in. And on top of wasting my 20 minutes, she was like you can come back tomorrow.. I mean rather than being apologetic, she was throwing an attitude!!! Would never ever recommend this place!!! read more

I came in with my sister on July 13, and the girl that did my brows made my eyebrows extremely thin. I came in looking and feeling good and I left crying. The before photo was taken EXACTLY a day before I came in to get my brows destroyed. I am absolutely disappointed and disheartened by what happened to my eyebrows. read more

Beyond excited this place opened up a few minutes away from my home. Parking is easy in the Winco shopping plaza. Harpreet was very nice and did a fantastic job with my eyebrows. She kept them full like I asked and the experience was painless. Cost for eyebrow threading is $8. Can't beat that in this area. Good luck Harpreet! Have gone in about once a month since April. So i seen this place when i went shopping at winco and decided to try it out today and i must say i love this place .. There is only 3 chairs, but the threading is fast and painless. The lady did my eyebrows so good that i will definitely come back.. She was better than beauty by threads in the mall. Can't believe I haven't left a review on this place. I've came her long ago back when they first opened. I've gotten my eyebrows threaded several times and I've also gotten a facial once here both services with great experiences. My go to is Raj at this shop. I always call ahead to make sure is available. Wait times can vary at this place it can get very packed fairly fast. I think that may be the reason for me disappearing for a while. But truth be told raj helped me achieve thicker brows and at some point I terribly made the choice to go somewhere else and it left me with thin eyebrows. So I've decided to come back so raj can help me achieve thick brows again. Raj takes her time. She doesn't rush your turn even if there's a build up. My pigmentation used to be really bad. But once I started going to Harpreet for Hydro and Oxygen facials, I started seeing drastic changes in my skin. Along with that, I had done just one session of bio-micro needling and after this one session all of my pigmentation is completely gone. She listens to all her clients needs, I asked her to arch my eyebrows a little higher up on the right hand side and she did perfect. As previously stated this was my second time getting my eyebrows threaded; she guided me perfectly through the process. Wish i can give 0 stars buts that not an option... The lady there didn't not speak english and did not understand what i was asking for. I came in with nice thick brows and wanted just a clean up. She made my eye brows EXTREMELY THIN and i literally wanted to cry when i saw them !! Please avoid and don't ruin your brows at this place. I am super excited! I found a great threading salon close to home. Walked in this afternoon (Friday) and it was pretty busy. I only had to wait 15 mins. Unfortunately I did not get the name of my technician, but she did a great job. From the looks of the customers before me, the other technicians do a great job too. Prices were reasonable for threading and facials too. They sell Dermoligica products and some jewelry in the back of the store too. Looks like I hit the eyebrow jackpot. Lord knows there isn't much here in Antelope, so to find such a cool salon is a god send! read more

I was looking forward to getting my brows while on a visit to my grandpa's. This was the closest place with a good rating so I thought I give it a try. The brow threading was about a 4 star. She did a good job but made me bleed. It is priced really cheap compared to the $20 I spend in Seattle. However, my issue is her lack of customer service. She greeted the people who came in after us but not us. She served someone else who came in after first, when clearly it was our turn. She sighed when I told her to clean up a spot. She was having a conversation with another customer in a language I didn't understand while threading my brow. It was a very uncomfortable experience and would not recommend this place. I support small business so a 3 star rating is generous considering. read more

I wont be going back. I got my eyebrows microbladed in September 2018. My eyebrows are naturally brownish... She used a dark (almost black) ink. She said it had a brown mixed in with it so it should blend nicely. My follow up/touch up appointment was scheduled for October 28th 2018. I was on the way to drop my son off at the babysitter and head to my appointment when I felt like I should call to make sure we were still on since I never received a confirmation call. Well, to my surprise, she wasn't even in and I was told she was in CANADA! I'm confused as to why no one would call her appointments to reschedule. And here it is January 2019 and I have yet to be contacted. My eyebrows look like crap. They never ended up blending well with my natural hair color. They are dark GREY! They do not look like 'hair strokes' either. So I still have to color them in daily. The only good thing is that it gives me an outline to be able to color them in but if I dont use my eyebrow pencil, the difference in color and little grey dots and chunks of ink make my eyebrows look crazy. (I will update later with a photo when I don't have makeup on my eyebrows) read more

Original review: Okay service. I came in asking for a clean-up and came out with a shaped brow which I avoid like a plague because it doesn't look good on me. I knew that my brows are unequal but I guess I just assumed because others usually clean it up first then ask how I want to adjust. But she just went ahead and thin it down...it came out "ok" but won't be coming back for sure. Edit: after 2 days, the brows came out to be quite nice so I'm changing it to a 4 stars. It would've been 5 if the threader at least told me what she was gonna do. read more

By far the best place I have been to and would recommend them to anyone looking for Micro-Needling, Threading and Permanent Makeup!! Last week I had my Micro-Needling done and within 24 hours I noticed the difference! My skin was glowing and I have larger pours and within 24 hours they were smaller. My skin was red for 24 hours and afterwards it was beautiful and glowing! I used to pay for skin peels and the heeling process was 2 weeks!! I hated doing it but with the micro-needling I had results within 24 hours! Not only were they professional here at the salon I received exactly what I paid for. I'm very happy with the results. I absolutely love there job but why are they so rude....... you are supposed to feel relieved and be able too comunícate with them when you do your eyebrows but instead they don't talk to you or make conversation instead they are talking back in forth in there language which I find so disrespectful because sometimes of talking to each other they don't do there job correctly ! I don't know what is wrong with these bitches but they are rude as fuck ! One time I went to do my eyebrows and they were talking Indian and laughing at me because they were staring at me I wanted to get up and fight her but i stopped .
