I gave Ashley a try for a few months as it's so hard to find an amazing lash technician. Additionally, I am so busy with three young children and another on the way. But, I just had to focus on finding a more quality one and here's why: 1. Every time I had my fill with her, I'd walk out of her business with burning eyes. I could not drive right away because my eyes would be super watery and hurt. The burning would last off and on for about a week. Clearly, she doesn't use quality glue. 2. When "cleaning up" my lashes, she would pinch my eyelid at least once causing me to tense up. It was so awful, I've never experienced this before. 3. She would rarely fill every lash as she only filled what she could in one hour maximum. Rarely, did my lashes look like a volume set. I felt like I was just a number to her, trying to fit as many clients as possible into her schedule in one day. Terrible work by Tiffany. I've been to her many times and never had this issue until few days ago. I typically get my eyelashes before a vacation. She literally did a full set on me in 50 minutes. She then gaslit me when I told her that I feel the eyelashes are sticking to my lash line. She did such a sloppy job that it stuck to my lash line. I came back to her with 15 mins later to her and was upset and shrieking at me saying she's been in the business for 17 years. No one cares mistakes happen. If she would've just even took time to evaluate my eyelashes she would've seen she stuck too much glue to my lash line. Then she tell me I did it on purpose because you're going vacation and I want it to stick 3 weeks. What the actual heck!! Do the job right. The next day I texted her as I couldn't sleep all night and I told her I need it removed. She again was pissed and kept saying I do this job for 17 years and was basically screaming at me. Again no one cares, mistakes happen she sure wouldn't admit it even though a nurse who works for me and used to do eyelashes saw it was stuck to my lash line. So disappointed. I liked going to her before vacations but I won't ever go back to her especially when she removed my eyelashes and caused me a chemical burn. She sure as hell didn't care when I told her it's burning. I had google search if it's supposed to burn. She didn't care that the chemical went in my eyes and causes burns and ulcers. Got a lash lift today, booked for 3:15 she called me and told me to come at 3:45. During the lash lift, my eyes were burning the entire time, and when I got up I couldn't even open my eyes without crying and she just kept saying it's beautiful right. When I couldn't even open my eyes. I literally spared the argument with her, paid 100$ for the lash lift and left because at the point you can't even see I can't open my eyes and there's tears coming out. What's the point? And and and, my lashes are not lifted enough, barley, this won't last more than a couple days. I get lifts all the time. read more
