This is bullshit. I paid $720 to be an extension model with Hailey. After experiencing redness, and bumps and itching on my head, Hailey said it was normal. After doing some research, I found out it wasn't. She fixed my extensions and moved them back up at no charge but I continue to have this issue. Randomly I noticed I am blocked on both the owner's Instagram page and Hailey's page without reason. Hailey lied and told me she's no longer doing hair and when I reached out to the owner, the owner said she's no longer taking new clients when her Instagram page clearly says she is. I don't appreciate being lied to just tell me the truth that you messed up and give me some money back rather than block me and refuse me as a client when I have been respectful since day one. Such a scam and a waste of money. Don't go here. These girls don't know what they're doing. Very disappointed and I wish I could get my money back, but of course Hailey only takes Apple Pay or F&F payments to avoid taxes. read more

So my regular lash girl had relocated all the way to Galt and I had tried out some others after she moved because I am so picky!! I mean they're lashes and they are definitely an upkeep so you have to have someone that's very good and actually makes your lashes look good EVERY time you go!! Anisa is that one! I was looking for a new salon close to home as my last Salon wasn't full filling my needs. My hubby had seen this place and it was actually next door to a place that did our Kitchen remodel. So I went to the place and talked to Ana about doing my hair. She was very friendly and made me feel welcome. The place had just been remodeled it was very clean and they practice social distancing. I usually get blonde and copper highlights, but this time I wanted red highlights and lowlights. Ana did a great job and explained to me the process as she went along. My last hair place wouldn't answer my questions about the process and never got back to me so I said time for a change in my hair and the place . I was lucky to find Ana Ulrici this place is right down the street from me which was a plus. It was a long process on my hair 5 hrs and 15 min cause it was a dual process but worth it. ANISA is a magician with lash extensions. I've had lash extensions a few times before and they have always been either not full enough, or felt like I had a cactus on my eyelids. I was initially looking for a place to apply lash extension as a one time thing for a wedding I was in. But, to pay over $150 (not including tip) on something that feels heavy, looks at best OK, and hurts almost made me decide to just go with applying false lashes. But somehow I found Anisa and I keep going back. Not only are her rates reasonable but she does an AMAZING JOB. I have smaller eyes, a decent amount of lashes, but my lashes are fine. So, finding a person who is able to apply them comfortably, make them look great, and not have my lashes grow back thinner or damaged seemed like a challenge, but I found her. My lashes are now always perfect and they last for weeks. When I say weeks, I don't mean just a week or a week and a half and it's time for another fill. I mean WEEKS...4 weeks and they still look good. Anisa is also really good about fitting people in, and trying her hardest to accommodate other people's schedules. I found Leeah through a Groupon for a keratin treatment. The salon had good reviews and as well as all of the stylists, so I felt good about my purchase and I was able to book my appointment quickly after. When I met Leeah, she told me about the process and asked me about my hair history. I had just cut off 9" of hair due to breakage from over bleaching three years ago, my hair felt dry but my scalp was always greasy even hours after washing, I felt like I was ready to give up on my hair and this was really a last ditch effort. I was not expecting the results I received from the keratin treatment. The whole process took 1.5 hours and she advised me not to wash my hair for three days, which I've never been told before. I posted before and after photos to show what a difference this treatment has made in my hair that I was not even expecting. Before the treatment, my hair was always greasy even after washing it, even dry shampoo did not make a difference, I ended up having to wash my hair everyday. After the treatment, my hair feels so soft and healthy, it's shiny but NOT greasy, I can actually use dry shampoo (which really wasn't needed) and make my wash last multiple days. I'm just blown away by the results. I think it's the product Leeah uses and her technique that have saved my hair. She was wonderful, I can't wait to go back! read more

Leeah did an AMAZING job with a keratin treatment on my hair. The keratin treatment is very similar to a brazillian blowout (without all the nasty chemicals) and I feel like I have a whole new head of hair. My hair is typically frizzy with odd waves and I spend too much time on it every day and too much in styling products. She suggested this treatment and it was only $100 and lasts 4-5 months. OH MY GOODNESS!!! I typically spend 45 minutes on my hair each day and now I spend less than 15 minutes and I use a LOT less heat and only a heat protecting serum in my hair since I still have to blowdry my hair for a couple minutes after showering. My hair is SO soft, my hair color looks even more radiant (she maintains that for me too), and my morning routine is so much shorter which means I can sleep in more. The whole process took about 90 minutes and that included wash, treatment, hair trim, and styling. read more

I hate to write a negative review but I got the Groupon for Kimberly Bee for a keratin treatment which I have been doing for over four years now. Each time I'm happy with the results but this was the only time that I did not see any results. If anything, it made my hair worse! Not sure how thats possible but my frizz was the same and my hair became coarse and it gets tangled really fast now, which is not normal for me. I of course use non sulfate shampoo and even tried switching my conditioner but nothing helped. Additionally, I texted her to let her know that I was not happy with it and she just ignored my message and didn't reply to me. I would not recommend this place. read more

Elina is truly amazing with hair coloring and extensions. I had lost so much of my hair due to a medical issue and stress so I decided to try some extensions and I couldn't have been happier. The extensions she purchases are of the highest quality. After Elina was done with my extensions she took a before and after picture and the difference was amazing. I looked 10 years younger! I went somewhat conservative with 14 in length but after I purchased my second round of hair months later I decided to go with the 18 in.
