Would Give Them a ZERO. Terrible customer service and delayed refund! When my van did not show up as scheduled I placed a call to the 1-800 number to check the status and whereabouts of my ride. After 11 minutes on hold the call center transferred me to the local dispatcher who after claiming he couldn't hear me too well, hung up. I certainly wasn't going to go through that again and I needed to get to the airport. I got on my Uber app and within 5 minutes was on my way...and for less than what SuperShuttle charged me. NOW Here's what gets me. After almost a week and 3 calls to them I still don't have my credit card refund. Apparently, my "case worker" (who hasn't returned my call) is still investigating the issue. Any other company would have refunded my fare immediately. So, SuperShuttle- how many more times do I need to call you before I get my money back?

This company uses private cars at prices similar to shared ride shuttles. When I landed at SLC airport, my driver called me (he had monitored my flight) and gave me instructions to call him back once we got our bags. He then picked us up within 2-3 minutes. On the way back to the airport, he was right on time. Great customer service on the phone when making the reservation. The vehicles were new, clean, spacious. The driver drove safely. I'd absolutely use this company again when in Utah.

It was difficult locating an airport transportation service, and I am so fortunate to have found this company. Not only was I a nervous traveller, I hadn't been to the Salt Lake Airport since before Covid, and wasn't familiar with it. My multiple telephone calls to Airport Transport were handled courteously and promptly. Daniel gave me exact directions the pick up location, and advised me how he would contact me for pick up. I changed my return pickup location from my hotel to the local auto rental location, they had no problem. Both of my pick ups were on time, their vehicle is spotless, and the driver, Daniel, was an interesting travel companion. I highly recommend their service to anyone.

I booked a shuttle 3 months in advance for a trip in October. No where in the payment process online did it say the card would be charged immediately and that there are no refunds. I expected my credit card to simply hold the reservation, I never received a confirmation until I called to complain. The October trip was canceled due to work, when I called to cancel I was told they don't refund but I could get a credit. I live in Florida, I don't have plans to go to UTAH anytime soon. Totally unreasonable. Businesses cannot charge a credit card without providing a service (Fair Credit Billing Act FCBA) so they were in violation. I tried to speak to the manager three times and was told he was "busy". I had to dispute the charge with my credit card company and fight to get my money returned. These people are shady, and not trustworthy, find another shuttle service.
