Literally the BEST experience with this company!! I called the office a total of 3 times to get info, confirm things, etc & all 3 times I spoke to Eric. He was extremely helpful and very pleasant to speak to. I booked 2 separate buses for the night. Our first drive was Manny, he was awesome!! WOW, Luxury Limousines was a 12/10 for the service and hospitality! We had so many different flights for our airport pick-up that when some were delayed I was panicking. What a smooth experience! We come to Vegas often and for some reason had never thought of using a limo service. Kathleen on the phone is very sweet and accommodating, as our flight got delayed and the arrival times kept changing. Jeff - our driver was awesome! Communication from when we were descending on the plane to the actual pick up was so easy. He texted promptly and we didn't have any issues AT ALL. We booked this shuttle for 3 days of EDC. Prior to scheduling, they insisted that it was going to take 1-2 hours to get there from DTLV so we scheduled far in advanced to prepare for the construction that had been ongoing for the past month or so. However, ride shares were estimated to take from 30-45 min, which is accurate to how long it actually took. On the first day, our driver appeared very annoyed only allowing for 15 minutes tops for all 14 passengers to load. We arrived an hour before the opening ceremony and were immediately stranded in the parking lot in the heat of the sun so that the driver could rush to his next pick up. It became very apparent that this company overbooks rides, not accounting for any leeway for traffic or other unforeseen circumstances because of how greedy they are. Our driver texted us at the end of the night saying that he would arrive around 7-7:30am, which was over an hour over after our scheduled time. Of note, we scheduled it for 6am, giving us about 30 minutes to walk to the pick up point. Mind you, we have now been on our feet for 15 hours now and are desperate to get back to the hotel. And the driver was being very vague and unaccommodating about a good met up point. So we decided to eat the cost to get Ubers back. Once we brought up to the management of how unacceptably late our driver was, they admitted that they are indeed in control of the scheduling of drivers and refused to give us any sort of compensation for our inconvenience. They also refused to move our pick up time on day 2 to accommodate for the more realistic time it took to get to the venue and for our sleep schedule, especially since we arrived back to the hotel much later than expected that morning. In fact, they decided to actually arrive an hour BEFORE our pick up time from our hotel to get their day started. Therefore, we ate another cost to take an Uber instead, again, so that we could have enough time to rest. This driver, Manny, was very sweet picking us up at the end of the night. This is probably because of how guilty he felt that he drove an empty shuttle bus from our hotel at the beginning of day 2. On day 3, our driver Saida started off nice but drove like a maniac as she made sharp turns to the point where drinks were flying from their holders, spilling all over us. Why the rush??? To hustle to their next pick up after immediately booting us off again, only to be there an hour before any music started again. They then decided to change the pick up from the festival 30 min earlier than we had even scheduled, calling us on our way back after the event saying that we were already considered late and threatening to DITCH us. The audacity. My poor friend started panicking running there to the point where she missed the stop. The lot was covered in sea of luxury limos and the manager and bus driver were so annoyed we couldn't spot that specific bus out immediately. The driver was rude to us, speeding to the point flying over bumps back to our hotel. Overall this was the worst service I've ever had to pay for. The management is clearly hustling us and their drivers, and their drivers act miserable and drive unsafe as a result. Poor planning and piss ass attitude. The whole point of investing in a shuttle was for more security. However, you are WAY better off just paying for ride share since it is cheaper, more reliable and safer. read more

We booked booked a trip around the strip before a wedding. There was unfortunately a mechanical issue with our desired party bus on the weekend we were in town. I was set up and robbed by the limo driver. The company said the driver was out of reach with no cell service the next day so there's no way to contact him. We were then blamed for leaving our bags on the limo while the driver took pictures of us outside the vehicle on Fremont. What luxury limosine driver leaves his vehicle unlocked with the doors open on Carson Ave/Fremont. Nothing was refunded. No remorse. I was actually threatened to be sued because I was rude to the Manager of a luxury limozines after she dismissed us. We have filed a police report as well as notified the hotel of the driver and incident. read more

We reserved a 14 seat party bus for 5 people, for two hours. They company provided a bottle of champagne and plenty of bottles or water. Our driver Steve was good. He contacted us 30 minutes before our appointed time, and promptly met us in the pick-up section of our hotel. He gave us detailed information about the bus and how to set up the Bluetooth to play our music playlist. When I explained the trip we wanted to take, he said he would do his best to get to every location we wanted to see. He guided our party to a nice lady who took our picture at the "Welcome to Las Vegas" sign, for a tip. We loved our pictures. We went down the strip and wanted to watch the fountains at Bellagio and the volcano at Mirage but, we missed the show times cause the traffic moved faster than expected. When we got down to Fremont Street experience, it was full of people, we stayed for a short time. My husband was so happy that he gave a good tip to Steve's time management.
