Note for next time...Since I didn't have a parking pass, the driver had to drop us about a block and a half way from the stadium where buses and limos are allowed to lineup. I called and spoke to Matt and he was able to accommodate my needs. In the course of a few days, my plans changed a few times but I was able to make the change in time and destinations easily. I did have a misunderstanding with the admin staff I was corresponding with via email but Matt was able to clarify. The night of my ride, my driver, Ben, communicated via text when he arrived (about 15 min early) and where to find him. I originally haz a 6 person limo but was upgraded to a 8 person and champagne and waters were provided. Ben was very friendly and patient. I had a mishap during the night and he did what he could to make it less inconvenient. He also offered suggestions on where to end the night. Do not give these people your business! I have been a loyal Kaptyn customer for almost 2 years…read moreusing them both to and from the airport on my monthly visits to my Las Vegas home. My most recent trip in May..the airline sent me a text that my flight was cancelled and they had rebooked me that evening. The driver had already arrived at my house (although it was still 20 minutes before my scheduled pickup time). I called Kaptyn and explained what had happened and provided them with the flight info so they could confirm that the flight was indeed just cancelled. I asked to be rescheduled for pickup later that day and was told I would still be charged for the pickup and then also have to pay for the additional pick up "because the driver was already on site". I appreciate the driver showed up early but I should not be penalized because he arrived early. I reminded them that I was a loyal customer with 2 trips a month with them and was told management would look into crediting me the first ride back. This never happened and I never heard back from anyone. Needless to say, I will not continue using this company. I was a loyal customer and this circumstance was entirely out of my control. I believe a reputable company who appreciates its' regular clients would do better than this. There are other more established Car Services in Las Vegas who choose to do right by their local clientele.
