Only because pipes don't have the smoothest hit sometimes and unless you have a catcher, then you can swallow the green and that's really unpleasant. I called and spoke to an associate who said she needed to talk to her boss I could exchange the pipe for the bubbler ( I hadn't even took the price tag off the pipe yet, it was unused) I called her back, probably 30 minutes later to get an update and she was told that she could not do the exchange and when I asked why she told me that if there was nothing wrong with the pipe, then we couldn't do returns or exchanges. From a business sense, if a customer decided that they would rather come back into the shop to spend more money on a product. I would let them do the exchange, especially if they didn't even put their lips to the pipe yet. You get more money from the customer, you get a returning customer and you'd get a better yelp review but that's just me.
