Months and months went on with excuses why the buyers were delayed in every single step of the process. Then our agent got the processor Doreen involved who said "call me any time", on the first phone call. She became more and more difficult to reach and then stopped answering calls entirely. Then our agent got the OWNER Seth Fass involved. He answered his phone once and then blew off our agent again and again. It wasn't until AFTER their buyers got their mortgage commitment that we learned it would take several more weeks, maybe even months before they could actually close! They are unethical, deceitful and cost their clients a home. There are plenty of better lenders out there. Do not use them!

This broker was a joke. They gave me these two women who just sat on my house for nine months…read more(contract was for 6, but they made sure to cross that out and put in 9 before we signed it so they could have a few extra months of holding our house hostage). Their mortgage guy disappeared and could not be contacted near the end of that time period, with no replacement offered. Perhaps they are used to selling only high end properties, not almost distressed properties where the selling price is very close to the mortgage still owed on it. They kept saying we were asking way too much for the house. In the end, we wasted a year for nothing trusting this agency with our sale.

I'm basically posting this to all my social media outlets as they deserve it. Some people do their job because they have to - its obvious that Greg and Dawn do it because they love what they do. Here's my story: After 8 years of being in Westchester, my wife and I decided to finally decide to cut the renting cord and buy our own place. However - there were some complications that we knew we would have. Being self-employed means the typical W2 paystubs that banks were looking for wouldn't cut it - and hoops would have to be jumped through. Enter Greg Pfeiffer and Dawn Sullivan of All Shores Mortgage. They were like lion tamers they way they worked with the banks. At one point things I was getting stressed out for all the paperwork that we had to get together, and Gregs comment to me was "Don't worry Mike - I have backups of backups. One way or another I'm getting you into this house." Greg was a man of his word and within 2 months of us finding the house we wanted, we were in. When I tell people how fast this went, no one can believe it; but we found the house on June 5th and closed on August 10th. I can't speak highly enough of the All Shores Mortgage team, and I have recommended them personally to multiple friends just within the past month. Without Greg and Dawn, there is no way we would have been able to get into the house of our dreams; and I can't thank them enough. They were with us throughout the entire process and walking us through any hurdles that came up. Without them I am sure that I wouldn't be typing this review from within my new house. I wasn't trying to get a rental apartment-even their so called "low income" apartments are ridiculously expensive and not a help at all for an ACTUAL low income person. I had taken the first time homebuyer course and paid $75 for it, then you take an easy-ish test and then you get the certificate and you're on your way to see a HUD counselor. Well, take a chance if you must, but I've never gotten to see said HUD counselor,and the person I was emailing with was SO RUDE and proceeded to tell me I don't have enough money (I do) and that I wouldn't be able to get a house! And they didn't even know WHAT CLASS I TOOK. HUH??? I PAID! And LIHP DOESN'T MAKE THAT DECISION, only a HUD counselor and a BANK can do that. So they just left me hanging with no certificate, no HUD meeting and an argument online!! It is not their place to tell ANYONE who can or cannot afford a home since I'm well versed in the low income housing market.Very rude, curt and uninformed.They were rude as hell to me and didn't even know what I had called them about! 3 different people were in on this email.I feel that they are NOT trying to help anyone unless you fit into their box and F U if you need more info, more cash or anything else, they just write you off. I was extremely insulted and have chosen NOT to even deal with these fools. They were not at all professional and do not deserve any state or federal funding for all the non work they do. So please take this all into consideration since there are multiple places to get said class and you don't even need that, you can find one on your own and they're most likely COMPETENT, unlike LIHP. Ice cold air blows in constantly. Open vents from the pipes left UNVENTED in closed up crawl space vented the noxious, dangerous gases into my home and made my home unlivable. Get a cesspool inspection too as mine collapsed into a huge sinkhole Christmas Day. After paying THOUSANDS for a new cesspool, and thousands to insulate and thousands to redo ALL the downstairs Sheetrock, I am an in for over 25 THOUSAND ALREADY to fix the INCOMPETENT, UNETHICAL work this woman did.
