I could use any attorney I wanted and he would pay that fee but I chose to use a recommended attorney Raymond Verdi who was also great. I never heard of this type of service before and found out that's because no one else does real estate like this. Mr. Joseph Lombardo the Broker explained to me that he has the buyers pay the commission at closings which I thought was not possible but he does it. The Broker did a free appraisal for me, marketed my property on MLS, and gave me the option to sell on my own I would NOT owe any commission.
