PLEASE READ THIS IF YOU'RE THINKING ABOUT BUYING YOUR CAR IN CASH OR WANT TO GET COMPLETELY SCAMMED VIA FINANCE This dealership is a joke. I saw a car online for a price that I obviously knew I wasn't going to be able to acquire at that number. Usually, scummy dealerships like this will advertise a price lower than the actual value because they charge an insane amount of fees on top, such as a $3.5k PDI, prep, LoJack, etc., which ends up being an extra $5-6k in fees on top of the listing price. Still, I had a fair idea of what the car was actually worth. I was greeted by Bryan, who, by the way, was a very respectful person, and I truly hope he finds a new job where he isn't being used by his scummy management. Anyway, Bryan, the finance manager, and I worked out a WRITTEN, SIGNED DEAL BY BOTH PARTIES at a satisfactory price, and I told them I'd be back in about 48 hours to take possession of the car. Keep in mind, these guys tried to charge me a $2,500 pre-delivery inspection and another $2,500 BS non-finance fee on top of the car's listing price. Moving on to the next day, Bryan keeps texting me asking when I'm coming to pick up the car. When the day comes that I'm ready to pick it up, I ask Bryan for the exact total so I can write a cashier's check. Bryan then uses the tactic where he drags things out for about six hours, saying he needs to talk to his manager and that he'll get back to me. After all that back and forth, Bryan finally tells me they're not going forward with the deal because "the manager" doesn't think the deal is good enough -- KEEP IN MIND THAT THE MANAGER AND I CAME TO A SIGNED AGREEMENT ON A PRICE WE BOTH AGREED ON. So unless you're trying to pay an insane amount in interest through financing, where they'll tack on a ridiculous amount of BS fees, do not go here to purchase your car, no matter how appealing it seems. Absolutely horrible experience. I was promised a specific price over the phone, so I flew all the way from Texas to New Jersey expecting them to honor what we agreed on. Instead, when I arrived, they suddenly told me the price was $10,000 higher than what was discussed. Completely dishonest and a total waste of time and money. After going back and forth, we finally agreed on another price. Then they had me sitting there for over three hours waiting to finalize the deal. Just when I thought we were moving forward, the manager came out and told me they sold the car to someone else. After I had already flown across the country and spent hours at the dealership. To make matters worse, they promised they would find me another vehicle the next day -- and then never contacted me again. Not a call, not a text, nothing. Just another empty promise. They also offered to reimburse my Uber back to the hotel, but said they would mail me a check... which honestly feels like yet another promise that may never happen. Just like others have said, our temporary tags have expired bc they "couldn't locate the company who was registering our car." They made us pay up for Lojack, made us finance when we wanted to pay cash. We can't even drive our car now because it's been 3 months and we have no license plates or the paper work for us to even register our own car. When you call to ask where your paperwork is they lie, and then hang up on you, leave you on eternal hold or dont even call you back. Disgusting. Thieves. ANYBODY WHO READS THIS AND DOESN'T HEED THE ADVICE POSTED HERE IS JUST PLAIN IGNORANT. I called and spoke to a sales rep several times and let them know I was interested in purchasing a car for my son that they had listed on their site for $33k. I told them from day one that I was a cash buyer and was never told this was an issue with regards to price. I also requested a pre purchase inspection that I paid $300 for at the local BMW dealer. I drove 4 hours with my wife and son on Friday and arrived to take the car to get inspected. When we arrived at the BMW dealership, they did not have time to do the inspection that afternoon but agreed to take it in first thing in the morning. We had to spend the night at a hotel and came back to the dealership first thing in the morning and on our way there the salesemen texted me that he would not be working that day due to an emergency. I think he knew we would not be happy with the inspection and the final price. That said, we had the inspection done which revealed several issues with this PREMIUM car. I went back to the dealer and spoke to the sales manager and asked what they could do to address the issues. He agreed to provide a new wheel (one of the wheels was cracked and repaired) and to provide warranty on the waterpump they had supposedly replaced. I was satisfied with that response. I called insurance to cover the car and while I was on the phone, they presented the final numbers to my wife. I thought I was misreading the numbers. THEY ADDED $7,000 to the agreed upon price. $4,500 Dealer pre-delivery inspection fee and $2,500 non-finance fee plus they did not honor the internet pricing of $32k saying that this was only for those that financed. Needless to say, we RAN away from that place. Bunch of low class low life's. Gives car dealerships a bad rep. DO NOT GO THERE! You will be glad you listened to me and others. Scheduled a test drive on a Monday for a Friday. They contacted me multiple times through the week to confirm the appointment. Day of the test drive they contacted me again to confirm and I confirmed. So I drove an hour and a half to get there to test drive a vehicle. When I got there they told me that the vehicle had already been sold the other day, but I can see it if I want just not purchase it. I purchased a car from these people back in November of 2022 and still today, 6 months later they have not been able to register the car. they have been giving me temp tags all this time, but this time they refused to issue a new temp tag. This is a very frustrating situation, they change their staff monthly. They ran a credit check without my permission- hard enquiry and another enquiry from one of their financial institutions. Obviously I bought elsewhere. Drove 1.5 hours and then waited 15 mins to finally get into their courtesy car to go to their "other lot". Bought a used Mercedes Benz from LMC about 2 months ago. Car needed to be shipped to MN and LMC agreed to do that and pay for the transport. They hired a cut rate transport who must have used a chain across the hood as both sides were dented upon arrival. Estimate to repair with a new hood is 2000.00. GM who we worked with said they would cover it and then he left the company. Now new GM will not return calls or emails. Honestly I felt like just another sale. I know that the job of a sales person is to sell cars but the other half of that role is building rapport with your customers and I did not experience that. I walked in and felt like another sales opportunity. The sales person did not take the time to get to know me and did not listen to me. He was insistent on making a sale and that was it. He took my information and had my personal identification in his pocket. He let me leave without returning all of my documents. He honestly did not care. I called the dealership looking for my document and everyone said that they looked for it but there was no sense of urgency to help me. Then right before walking out the sales manager said, oh I have you registration. He had it for several days and made no attempt to call text or email me but I did get a text message asking about my experience. These Clowns like everyone else charged me a fee saying it's a warranty, since they don't have a chance to check every car they get from the auction they charge this fee and if you had an issue they will fix it. This was my story, i can see from the reviews that everyone had their own story. There were missing things on the car they gave me We Owe paper and listed all those on the paper. After i took the car , a couple of days later i started to hear noise from the front of the car. I took it to a Porsche dealer, they estimated 18.000 for things that need to be done on the car. The major things were the front axle on the car was broken, the engine was leaking coolant and a little bit of oil. After many struggles i managed to get them fix the font axle only, i spent $2000 out of pocket to fix the coolant and oil leak but they have been dragging to change the battery of the car and now the car is dead on my driveway. Every time they have told me 2 weeks or 3 weeks and it's been 5 months. STAY AWAY from these people. I took an appointment with NJ Governor's office in person to show them all these reviews and how they practice business, how they lie to people when they come to their dealers, and how they use fake reviews to fool people online. You are running after them to get your expensive car fixed and they treat you like they are doing it for you. In the first place you need to sell your cars in good condition, you steal from people naming those fees in different names, and when it comes to helping them you act like you already doing those. They knew that I had an hour and a half drive each way. I took the day off from work, and spent lots of money on gas and tolls. When I got there some guy acting like an ignorant big shot told me that the car was sold. I never got an apology or offered anything else that they could do. He could tell that I was really pissed off and all he said was "oh well, we had money on the table". So screw me as long as they make a buck... Very unprofessional and unethical. When I went to the dealership for a manager special and selecting I want was easy. When my wife and I finally got the deal we were so surprised. Trade in my car every was going great until 10 days after purchasing my car I was told to come back to get a Vin check because something was rejected from the bank. Once we arrived the financial manager ask for the keys and another person came back we weren't approved and they was no deal and they just gave back my Trade in and the money down and the title. The only explanation was there's new management. And one of the managers I spoke to was only there for one week. This dealership is a predatory dealership. The deal may sound good but the after math is a nightmare . They let you drive off with the car and with temp plates. So don't go to this dealership. read more
