The service was so terrible it is unbelievable. The nail tech did not remove all of the previous gel polish from my nail then painted over it. He did not even cover all of my nail which meant once again I had to go somewhere else and pay again. The place I went to is no where near my home but I must admit the service is better. The pedicure I had was also terrible because I did not receieve what the package I paid for required. The total cost $95.00 and they had the nerve to expect a tip. I would have gladly given a tip if I did not experience this terrible service. When I went to them for the very first time this same package was $55.00. This nail shop is the closest to me which is why I was going in the beginning. I now have to look for a different nail shop or start doing them myself. This will have to happen at some point because something is going wrong at these nail shops. I will not be going back there ever again!!!!

Terrible service! I went there four days prior to get SNS full set for myself and my daughter. My…read morenail broke days later so I returned to get it fixed. Here's where the problem lies. On the first day, I was seen within 5 mins. Now when I return just to get my nail fixed, I was told it was a long wait. I asked how long and they said 20 mins. Okay. No worries. They finally see me and the lady is digging to pop the broken nail off. She was super aggressive and my nail started hurting. I told her you need to soak it off as I just got them on days ago. She then soaked my nail with an attitude and walked away. They then service another customer whom was getting a full service done. I asked what about my nail and the owner says with an attitude- well did it soak off? That's your job as the professional to see and not me. They finally come fix my nail and rushed to have it finished within a few minutes. So the problem is if you're getting full service done, they will get you seen within 5 minutes to get all of the money. But if you're only getting a nail fixed, which costs a few dollars- then they try to take their sweet time. I was in there for over an hour for one broken nail. I told them the only reason I didn't leave is I had somewhere to be. I will never return! They treat their customers who only need minimal service like crap! As a business owner, if you give great service to EVERY customer then you will have repeat clients and they will refer your business to other people. That's called loyalty! Anna paired me with Anthony, who has only been there for about two weeks--and wow, he was incredible. Not only did he do an amazing job, but he also took the time to explain things about nail care that I had never known before. You can truly tell he loves what he does, and it shows in his work and the way he connects with his clients. We laughed the entire appointment and had such a genuine, fun conversation--it made the whole visit even more enjoyable. Anthony, thank you again--you absolutely rock! Hey are important but overall, I was not happy with the service that I got to the point that I just had her stop and I ended up going to another nail salon and getting a pedicure because for $35 well let me start with the fact that no one gave me a pedicure menu so when you asked me if I spa pedicure, I just said yes just thinking it was the basic, but even the with certain not here because not only did she not remove all the polish from and I noticed that after I left my cuticles, and when I asked cause she ran this stone across my feet without putting any of the callus remover on so it felt like someone just a dry rock on my feet and it kind of burned I asked do callus remover that was extra. I'm like really the basics or extra so I was not happy and I had them stop and I went to another nail salon and for the same $35 that I paid them not only did I get the callus remover, which is simply just that solution that they put on your feet before they take that dry stone and go over the bottom of your feet but not I get that but it also came with a hot towel and a foot massage the same $35 and mind you I got to this establishment here the at 9:30. I did not after 11 which is entirely too long for my feet to be went to another salon. I was done and my feet were done right so I won't say that it's always but it's definitely always us.

The first time I overlooked it but this is the second time I've come in for a set and ended up with chopped polish , broken acrylic within 3 days or less. I got my nails done Friday - by Sunday they had gone to hell and by Monday I knew I needed to get my nails completely redone. I called the shop and naturally because it didn't happen I 24 hours it's considered regular wear and tear. If you come her DEMAND an extra top coat on your gel polish don't let them charge you extra - tell them the polish always chips. It could be bc I try abnormal colors that aren't continuously cycled but nobody deserves old polish. I can say they are pretty good with designs and inspo pictures; but other than desperation I won't be coming back anymore .

The nail technician insisted on doing my manicure while standing over me as I was getting my pedicure, which felt awkward and rushed. During the manicure, she cut my finger. When I asked if they had any antibacterial cream or antiseptic to apply, I was told they didn't have any and that "it would be fine." It was not fine. My finger became infected, and I ultimately had to see a medical professional and have part of my fingernail removed because of the infection. Looking back, I wish I had read the reviews before choosing this salon. I was shocked to see that other customers have reported similar experiences. Based on what happened to me, I cannot recommend this place.

I am a male and I only get my nails done once or twice a year. I have been to this business once…read morebefore and received really good service. But today I went there and the person who worked on me (who was an older Asian woman) was not very personable. She never introduced herself but just gave me the price list and didn't say anything. I told her what I wanted (manicure and pedicure) and that's what she did. She never said anything until she accidentally stuck me in my big toe and asked if it hurt. You never know what people are going through so I didn't say anything. Once she finished she did say "thank you" with a smile, which made me feel like that was for the tip. Overall it was not a good experience and I would not go back there again. Plus when I got home I where I could really see, I realized that the mani and pedi were not that good.
