She was incredibly kind, patient, and professional from start to finish. Vivian made sure the shape was perfect, the artwork was clean and detailed, and the colors came together beautifully. She consistently checked in to make sure I was comfortable and happy, which meant a lot to me. Her energy and vibe were amazing so positive, welcoming, and calming. You can tell she truly cares about her clients and takes pride in her work. I left feeling confident, satisfied, and excited to show my nails off. I spent over $100 plus gave tips to both of my techs.My pedicure was serviced by Linda, who was sweet & did a great job on my pedicure.The quality of the SNS nails, serviced by John, was another story! Not only did they not look the best but within 3 days of my SNS nails, the nail on my index finger started peeling off from the base of my nail.I was not able to come back until the night before the snow storm, 1-9-25 to get it corrected due to my work schedule. Google stated they closed at 8pm.I arrived in the parking lot literally at 7pm and saw the OPEN sign was turned off so I called. The guy at the front desk refused to allow me to get it fixed after I explained I checked their salon hours on google, drove all the way there, and the nail came off in only 3 days. He didn't care and told me "everyone" knows they take the last customer at 7pm for the last 2 years.Clearly, not everyone! I suggested they change the hours listed on google from 8pm to 7pm because it's misleading & inaccurate.Nevertheless, he still provided terrible customer service based on the circumstances.He cared not one ounce since they had already taken my money + tips. I then texted the tech, Linda to advise of my experience with the front desk guy and John, who did my nails.I explained that I would likely not return because of the poor customer service and advised her that I was planning to write a review (which I did not do).She encouraged me to return and come directly to her next time and she will do both my SNS nails and pedicure.I arrived this evening around 5pm and presented my receipt and nail issue . Before my appointment, my toenail was not discolored, so naturally I was concerned and wanted to discuss the issue with them professionally. What bothered me most was the lack of concern or accountability when I called. Instead of showing care or offering any kind of solution, I was essentially told there was nothing they could do. I even asked if I could purchase a brand-new gel polish to ensure sanitation moving forward, and I was told they do not sell new polish and do not have new polish available for clients. If that is true, it raises serious concerns about hygiene practices and how products are shared between customers. I then asked if I could bring my own polish from a beauty supply store, and they said yes -- but that I would still have to pay for the service. While I completely understand paying for services, it was frustrating that there was no effort to remedy a situation involving a concern that may have resulted from their salon practices. Customer service, cleanliness, and professionalism matter, especially in businesses involving personal care and sanitation. I was amazed at the beautiful upgrades and remodeling done to this nail spa. It gives a chic, modern bright clean atmosphere.. I didn't but I knew the Kroger shopping center has been here for at least 30+ years and almost every Kroger shopping center has a nail shop somewhere within the development. We entered about 2pm on a Friday afternoon and it was pleasantly not full of people and there was no wait. She got her nails done and I decided to get a pedicure since I haven't had one in a while. The lady that did my pedicure was so friendly and funny. This location is a good 40+ minutes from my home if the traffic is on my side and I'd happily come back for another pedicure when needed. They do accept appointments but they aren't strict about it so you may have to wait or come back because your tech is working on someone when you arrive. My nails are basic but I have seen them do intricate designs; ask to be sure your nail tech can do it. I would suggest bringing a picture of any design or gem that you want. They have a lot of nail colors to choose from, so you'll likely find something you like. They also do pedicures and can do your nails and toes at the same time. There's plenty of parking because it's in a strip, and their prices are reasonable, just be aware that they have add-on costs like everyone else.
