I usually do my feet between pedicures. I haven't had one in a while but you wouldn't be able to tell. I say this because they automatically pull out the "cheese grater. They don't even access your feet beforehand. I told her I didn't want the grater so she used the pumice stone. The biggest issue is I left out of that place so ashy. She stripped away all of my oil I put on my legs and feet. I shouldn't have to pay extra or get a more expensive pedicure for my legs to be moisturized. Secondly the cost of a regular pedi cur is atrocious. Wow! I didn't look at my feet. I sat under the drier once done I managed to put on my socks and sneakers. I couldn't even feel my feet for smoothness. I had surgery and I can't bend much. I didn't look at them again once polished because I liked how she shaped them beforehand. I have made it home and it is not good. Once I laid in bed I noticed she did polish a toe. How did that happen? I could say but I won't. As for me never again. I wish my old nail tech wasn't so far away from me. This would've never happened.

Terrible service! I went there four days prior to get SNS full set for myself and my daughter. My…read morenail broke days later so I returned to get it fixed. Here's where the problem lies. On the first day, I was seen within 5 mins. Now when I return just to get my nail fixed, I was told it was a long wait. I asked how long and they said 20 mins. Okay. No worries. They finally see me and the lady is digging to pop the broken nail off. She was super aggressive and my nail started hurting. I told her you need to soak it off as I just got them on days ago. She then soaked my nail with an attitude and walked away. They then service another customer whom was getting a full service done. I asked what about my nail and the owner says with an attitude- well did it soak off? That's your job as the professional to see and not me. They finally come fix my nail and rushed to have it finished within a few minutes. So the problem is if you're getting full service done, they will get you seen within 5 minutes to get all of the money. But if you're only getting a nail fixed, which costs a few dollars- then they try to take their sweet time. I was in there for over an hour for one broken nail. I told them the only reason I didn't leave is I had somewhere to be. I will never return! They treat their customers who only need minimal service like crap! As a business owner, if you give great service to EVERY customer then you will have repeat clients and they will refer your business to other people. That's called loyalty! If you want great customer service and great nail service, go to K Spa nails in Tucker. They do amazing work!

I am getting them temporary for a wedding that I'm participating in an wedding. Immediately after telling her I would like regular polish she started frowning and talking in her language which I felt was very disrespectful. She had been silent the whole time and the minute I refused Gel nails she had a lot to say in her language. One lady did my nails and the other lady did my pedicure. I didn't receive the manicure i asked for and then she asked me how many coats of clear pink polish did I want. I've never been asked that before normally they just polish my nails with about 4 to 5 coats of polish in to top gloss coats which is clear polish. I don't know what she did to my cuticles and my pedicure she literally chopped my toenails up didn't scrub the bottom of my feet and was done in less than 20 minutes. I asked for the $35 service. I have NEVER complained or write a bad review in my 43 years. This place does not deserve our hard earn MONEY. Immediately after finishing my nails and toenail she asked me to move out the chair to another chair to a drying station. I was OK with it but I wasn't OK with moving with my purse & shoes with wet nails, I asked her if I could sit for a couple more minutes to give my nails some time to harden and she said PAY ME & went and LOCK the door, as if I would run out without paying. At this point I was so confused, embarrassed, and MAD. When I moved to the drying station my nails were still wet and ruined. When I asked her to come look she came with polish remover to fix them. At this point I'm ready to pay and leave. I asked her how much and she said $65. I said SIXTY FIVE for a 20 minute pedicure and 3 coats of clear pink polish. I got my nails done, one of them did not dry completely so the design was gone. The tech did a nice design, touched it and said I was good. When getting it repaired they are going back and forth and I asked if they were talking about me and he said YES. I should have made sure they were dry. He did the repair but it did not match the other nail and wanted to give me attitude. Fast forward to today because this happened yesterday, 12/8 that same nail is doing the same thing but not as bad. The polish was so thick that it did not dry all the way through. Mr. Short man at the desk you do not have to worry about me coming back because your customer service SUCKS!!!
