this was my first time visiting this not knowing that it was on and operated. I just picked the nail salon and upon arriving. I was greeted with a very energetic young lady with She was giving good energy and goodbye so I was like oh OK cool but then my nail tech the one that on my I think her name was Morgan just no energy spent 10 minutes on the phone talking to her mom while working on my feet and that's fine. Hey are important but overall, I was not happy with the service that I got to the point that I just had her stop and I ended up going to another nail salon and getting a pedicure because for $35 well let me start with the fact that no one gave me a pedicure menu so when you asked me if I spa pedicure, I just said yes just thinking it was the basic, but even the with certain not here because not only did she not remove all the polish from and I noticed that after I left my cuticles, and when I asked cause she ran this stone across my feet without putting any of the callus remover on so it felt like someone just a dry rock on my feet and it kind of burned I asked do callus remover that was extra. I'm like really the basics or extra so I was not happy and I had them stop and I went to another nail salon and for the same $35 that I paid them not only did I get the callus remover, which is simply just that solution that they put on your feet before they take that dry stone and go over the bottom of your feet but not I get that but it also came with a hot towel and a foot massage the same $35 and mind you I got to this establishment here the at 9:30. I did not after 11 which is entirely too long for my feet to be went to another salon. I was done and my feet were done right so I won't say that it's always but it's definitely always us. read more

I was a walk-in at this location on 8/9/25 (Saturday). With that being said I was seated with whichever nail tech was available (majority are booked by appt). My nails are natural and long. I always get a acrylic overlay and style and this time I did a soak off considering I was at a new location. Although the nail tech was cute as a button and sweet as can be as soon as I logged on to work this morning and started typing my nails started chipping at the corners. The vibe of this location is one that I will definitely return but next time I will be making an appt with one of the girls that caught my eye while I was there. She had some skills with the designs. I will say I was afraid that my natural nails would be broken during the service (most techs are not good with natural nails) but they weren't. The reason for the 4 stars is not only the chipping of my nails but also the fact I was there for 3 hrs for a soak off and acrylic overlay. I didn't even get my nails painted, nor design. I simply had her put a gel coat on top where I could leave. My wait time to be seated was only about 10 mins. read more

Let me start by saying, I visited this salon twice in 3 days...the second visit was to have them fix the mistakes made during the first visit. This salon is set up like a "nail hub" of sorts, so each station is rented by a tech who has his/her own nail business. This means that your results WILL vary depending on whose "company"/station you visit. Hate to say it, but honestly my first experience was a 1/5 and here's why: (for reference- I came for an acrylic soak off + gel manicure) -The nail tech I started off with had a prior commitment that afternoon that cut into our session, so she was unable to finish my manicure (hence, I was transferred to another tech halfway through) -The white towels they lay out for your manicures have prior polish stains on them. Although they're "clean" they visually give you the impression that they haven't been. (I didn't see any of the colorful towels advertised in their photos in use anywhere. Everyone was using white towels) -new tech was young and didn't seem as experienced -she accidentally sliced my pinky finger with a nail file (too much force/speed) and had to apply a hemostatic liquid to my finger to stop the bleeding (it worked! But of course, it didn't stop the pain) --she was very apologetic and didn't try to brush off her mistakes (although she also didn't offer any kind of discount for mistakes made) -the manicure itself consisted only of buffering with the nail drill and applying the gel polish- that's it- I'm use to basic manicures including a cuticle treatment/basic hand care or somethinggg) -the color indicated on the outside of the polish I wanted (nude), didn't match the actual polish inside (orange-ish) and so we had to find another polish that was closer to what I wanted -the results of her work = my nails were pretty uneven and lumpy -I left with crusted acrylic stuck on my fingers and was told to "keep scrubbing at it when you get home" -I was overcharged (ended up paying $75 for services that should have cost ~$58 + tax) So why did I give this establishment 3 stars instead of 1? After spending 2 days with my unfortunate nails, I decided to give them a call instead of just coming to Yelp and flaming them with a 1 star review. They were VERY responsive to my concerns/complaints and invited me to come back into the salon to get my nails fixed/refund the amount I was overcharged. (My friend said they should have refunded the entire thing for what I went through, but I won't complain about that--I don't mind paying, just as long as I'm receiving a good service!) My new nail tech was VERY professional and did a great job fixing my nails. She made them smooth/even and I was very pleased with her corrections. (Her name is Ten and I recommend her for anyone interested in visiting) The attached photos show the before/after of my nails. (Still shocked I left the salon with the original job after dishing out $75 dollars but I was so tired and the shop was closing/locking their doors, so I'm using that as my excuse lol--thankfully my nails now look great!) Don't walk, RUN to get serviced here. From the time I walked in great service . Not sure if she was the receptionist or a tech but her energy was amazing . I forgot the young lady who serviced me (she had a cute baby bump) but she did phenomenal on my toes. She got me in and out . The space was open and bright which allowed me to relax a little better. I calculated one price in my head but it was actually way lower than that . One of the best black owned experiences I've had in a nail shop. read more
