Odd storage of cotton. Lady who did my toes grabbed some with dirty gloves

I had a truly awful experience at this nail salon. Hygiene and cleanliness were clearly not a priority here, and it made the whole visit feel uncomfortable and unsafe. The tools they used were not sanitized, and the towels were stained and smelled bad. The pedicure tub was filthy and discolored, and to make matters worse, they removed the disposable tub liner and actually tried to get me to put my feet back into the dirty water. That was a huge red flag for me. They tried to use a rusty cheese grater on my feet and an old, dirty used nail file, which is both unprofessional and potentially dangerous. The technician wore dirty gloves while handling products, then didn't even wear gloves at all when cutting my nails toward the end of the service. As if all that weren't bad enough, they were also very pushy about tips, which made the whole experience feel rushed and uncomfortable. I would never return here and strongly recommend others avoid this place. There are far cleaner and more professional salons out there. Honestly not sure how they haven't been shut down by the health department.

This is my second time going to luxury nails spa. The first, I asked for a quick fill and was in and out no problem. This time I went in for a full set and pedi. The staff was nice and I got in the pedi chair a few minutes after I walked in. The pedi had all the extras: scrub, hot stones, and shellac. I took 1 star because they are aggressive with the cuticles. There were some slips that cut the ones on my hands and one toe on my foot after asking to cut less. Also, I took a second star as there are bubbles in my nails and less than full coverage at the end of the tips. They were overall very quick and cost was low for Seattle. (45$ spa pedi, 40$ full set). Luxury also had a huge selection of polish, dip, and shellac color options.

They do such a great job on my daughter. Always so friendly and fast! Been coming here for over 5 years.

I've been going to Luxury Nails for the past 5 years and have had only one less than excellent experience. Sometimes you have to wait a few minutes but I think it's well worth it. The girls are always in a good mood and everyone greets you. I always make a reservation with Kim because I have an issue with ingrown toenails. Getting those taken care of can be quite painful, but Kim is an expert, and I emphasize "expert" in this category. The deluxe pedicure is $40 but includes a scrub with a massage, a long lotion massage, warm paraffin, hot stones and polish. For an extra $5 the owner, Tammi, will paint a beautiful flower applique on your toe! This place is well worth the money, and $40 is extremely reasonable for a deluxe pedicure. All of these pictures are of my toes. Look at the detail on the flowers!

Was able to walk right in and they had two technicians working on me at the same time. Shellac for my hands and regular pedi for my feet. They were friendly efficient and did a great job. The place has a good deal for around here,$43 for the combo with a tip I rounded to to $50. I would for sure come again.

I've been coming to luxury nails for the past 3 years & I always leave satisfied. Nancy did my current nail set and I am in love, whenever she does my nails she always takes her time & does a phenomenal job!!

I loved the atmosphere, but I think if you want your nails to look a certain way you must watch how they do your nails or else you might have crooked nails and also it was very rushed the lady didn't even ask me to wash my hands. And the station wasn't cleaned

I stopped getting my nails done here because the last time I came to get acrylics, the nail tech was filing the sides of my nails so rough that it literally cut through my skin. 4/5 fingers on each hand was cut on the side. I was physically expressing I was in pain but the nail tech brushed it off. I tried talking to her to lighten up the atmosphere, but she was clearly agitated. She expressed she has not ate lunch due to how busy the salon was. It's unfortunate because I really enjoyed coming here at first... until I felt like the nail tech was taking her anger out on my nails by cutting my skin. When I got home and showered, the side of my finger nails were burning. Washing my hair that day was so difficult and painful.

I've been here around 5 times now and love it. They always check in with me multiple times to see if I like the shape, length, and color of my nails. Most places will never ask you if you like your nails so far. They will only get upset when you ask them to change something. Not here, they are happy to change it for you, so you can walk away happy. At some places you get the vibe that the techs are talking about you. That's absolutely not the case here. They know you by name and are happy you are there. Great service. Great nails.

I'm not gonna rate yet , I'm upset that's I came early @5:20 and didn't leave till close , but yet I was rushed and my left hand looks way better then the right . There were some damage done on my pinky. She had cut me when she was sanding the side and i got cut very deep .yet while she filed them I notice she saw how side ways they where going . (Ps. She did say she had to pick up her son that's why maybe she was rush ) I did mention they were very side and that If she can fix it , her answer was my nails grow like that . Sooooo idk if I was in insulted or offended, honestly I gone before and the lady on the table next the very door , now she has done them right and beautiful before . I'm just not okay with how they look and hurt . I'm going to go back to fix them I hope they can give me guest satisfaction experience,if not I would like a refund. I will update later today . UPDATE : I did returned and I had explain the person in charge of the service and I did ask for a refund and she complied to do so She was very kind and understanding.

Kisha is absolutely fantastic, she is extremely courteous and creates such a personalized experience you easily become comfortable sharing your "feet story." My last two pregnancies really did a number on my feet, from widening to cracked heels you name it my feet experienced it. As every working parent knows yielding time for regular self care takes a backseat, but about a month ago I decided to book the appointment. The shop is located on a very tiny strip be mindful of where to park there is a small parking lot to the left of the shop. Booking the appointment was extremely easy via the website, and any additional services can be added. The shop is very clean, cozy, and small be prepared to just relax while your feet get some TLC. To support my journey to foot wellness Kisha recommended visiting a podiatrist, looking into supportive inserts from the Good Feet store, and direct information for at home foot care products. I booked my next appointment prior to leaving, and highly recommend you gift your feet too!

Turns out, I seem to have developed an allergy to wax, as I had a very intense and painful reaction on the skin that was waxed. But, once my skin healed? Dark tint and brow shape look great! Lisa let me know that she doesn't like to taper the end of the brow and I was feeling like mine weren't looking feminine enough, so I reached back out after and she offered to adjust them. We had a great time during the appointment. We got things off on the right foot (insert sarcasm here) when I broke her table... Yep, put one butt cheek up on it and the whole thing came crashing down. She was so cool about it, even though I was super embarrassed. I'm fat, so I was blaming myself and she just kept telling me that it was a super old table and she needed to get a new one anyway. I'm pretty sure that I apologized ten times and she insisted it wasn't a big deal. I laid down on the couch in her waiting room and we used that to get things done, lol! Thanks to the allergic reaction, I'm not sure Lisa will be able to become my new brow gal, but I would absolutely come back for other services!

With such great service, personality, parking, and reasonable prices, I'll be back.
