I got my nails done a month ago because I was going down to LA in a couple of days for my cousin's wedding and we were heading towards the holiday. My friend has been going to this place this past year and I really like all the designs she had (and she's been raving about it) so I knew I was in good hands. The lady who did my nails was amazing and so kind. Unfortunately, when I was in LA for those few days, I noticed the gels started to lift and some fell off from my nails. I contacted the nail salon immediately after I came back to Seattle and they had me come in and fix it without much words (and free of charge). This time my nails lasted for almost three weeks! This was my second time here, came for a manicure ($20) and pedicure ($40) before a wedding, which includes nail polish. The pedicure took about 40 minutes, and was very comfortable. The girl who did my manicure was very patient in helping me pick out a good nail color that matches my dress. Walked in with no appointment on a Wednesday around 10am. Was greeted warmly and told to wait 5 min for a gel removal and manicure with color. True to word I was assisted right away. The older lady who did my nails was nice, careful and thorough. Everything was done efficiently and my nails looked much better than the one I had done at Darling Nails in Tukwila. I came before for a pedicure and was impressed with their shellac colors. I tried their cat eyes shellac and it didn't disappoint!! I always had issues of lifting after a week or so at other salons. But after 3 weeks the manicure is not lifting at all!! read more

Booked a next day appt for 2 gel manicures for a Saturday morning no problem. A very nice gentleman (owner I think?) did my nails and did such a good job. Many of my nails had recently broken and were pretty short, my hands are also really dry and beat up, and he was very gentle and made even my short nails look so good! The ladies are so nice and sweet here I got a pedicure and they had amazing service. I didn't schedule an appointment beforehand I asked for a walk in on the phone the day of. Be sure to bring your mask and no extra guests. It's could use more work on the interior but it is a simple shop and gets the job done. The staff is super sweet tho. I am definitely gonna come back here again. I am happy that I found a good shop they also use these rollers to massage which I never encountered before. It hurts a little so just be careful of that and ask them to go gentle if you're sensitive. Great salon tho. read more

I think that I am cheap. $78 for acrylics and a pedicure seems a lot to me. I don't have much experience in this but yeah. $78 is a lot of money. Their hours were later than the rest of the nail salons, and that's how we ended up here. Their color options weren't as plentiful as other places we've been. So we ended up settling for something we weren't really looking for. The people working were nice enough. The prices are only listed on a small sheet behind the desk on the wall. And I'm not even sure they were what we were charged. I appreciate that they had a movie playing because it's otherwise a boring time. read more

My daughter 13 got a full set. Came home and absolutely hated them(due to the fact she didn't use her big girl words to explain her desire). I came in today with several nails that needed fixing after a manicure from a different nail salon. Lily greeted me and welcomed me into her salon. She listened meticulously to the fixes I wanted and got to work. Although there were only three nails I wanted fixed, she went ahead and touched up all of them! She asked me what had been done and if any oil had been applied to ensure that the best nail care could be given. I felt so taken care of in this salon - such a corrective experience from the last salon I was at. Lily made sure I was happy with the results and didn't rush me at all.
