I would leave zero stars if I could. All they care about is selling extra services. In the middle of getting a pedicure, they kept trying to sell me callous removal and an eyebrow wax. My favorite part was when he asked me if I wanted my eyebrows waxed, and then when I said no, he spoke in another language to the two nail technicians on either side and they all had a hearty laugh. How rude and condescending and embarrassing. How about you just focus on doing the pedicure, that cost $75 by the way. I have never seen such sloppy work. Gel polish all over my skin, multiple nails clipped very slanted, no shaping done. I spent 20 minutes after I got home trying to shape my nails and peel gel polish off of my skin. Seriously looked like a seven-year-old painted my nails. I would've been way better off to buy my own nail polish and do it myself. So disappointed. read more

He is incredibly talented. The quality of the manicure and pedicure lasts for 4 to 6 weeks depending on how quickly my nails grow. I've also had a great experience with brow waxing. Absolutely the worst experience I have had at a nail salon. i went with my granddaughter there for a pedicure and manicure. They do NOT either speak English or Don't Talk to you at all during both services. I have never not received a foot and hand massage with a pedicure and manicure. They are charging A La Cart for services not callous removal without paying $30, water was ice cold to soak my fingers in then once polish applied away Andy went to never return except to hand me a $77 bill for me. My 7 year old granddaughter was left sitting in the pedicure chair the whole I got my half butt manicure done. I finally asked the only English speaking receptionist to please bring my granddaughter to the front near me. The person who did my granddaughter never said a word to her nor the whole time once he was done he walked away to another client. Don't waste your time or money to go there EVER. I made an appointment for 9:30 am the nail tech didn't even show up to the shop until 9:45, if it had been the other way around they would have skipped my appointment and moved on to the next person. So the appointment started off with me being annoyed by the wait. It would have been ok if they were running behind with another client but I was the first appointment of the day. I asked for ballerina shaped nails. They didn't know what that was I showed several pictures and ended up with regular square nails. I haven't had acrylic on my nails in almost 2 years but wanted it so it would be sturdy for an upcoming trip. Idk what happened but 3 of them popped right off like they were cheap press on nails. I decided to soak the rest off today. The dips in my nail bed are so deep. I don't know what they did to make them this deep but one of them is almost thru the nail to the skin underneath my nail. I was sooo happy to see they had plastic liners in their pedicure bowls; it definitely made me feel comfortable knowing that I wouldn't have to worry about dealing with some fungus or bacteria infections issues after visiting this place! My nail technician, Peter was so awesome, he went above and beyond to make my visit a memorable one! Then I had the pleasure to meet the owner, Kevin he was so welcoming and kind and I really like his warm friendliness. This has been our favorite nail salon since they opened. However, I recently took my daughter there for a back to school pedicure and she said they only did one coat of paint. The paint chipped within a day. I called and got her back in for a correction. They just painted over the chipped paint. Of course, it immediately chipped again. They are a little pricier than I'm used to, but the work is worth it. My nails didn't take that long but she still made sure to do a great job, and make all of my nails the same length and shape. I went back 7/3 for a full set of dip powder nails again. I picked a solid color and showed them a gold leaf design I wanted, but they did not have the gold leaf. The young woman doing my nails had a horrible time trying to glue the tips onto my nails. Another tech had to set in and remove some of the ones she already did and start over. She did an alright job with the dip- I still have a few bumps in the powder but it's not noticeable unless you really look for it. She did not trim any of my cuticles or really do anything to prep my nails beyond buffing the shine off. She seemed a little rushed as she was painting on the "glue" to multiple nails at once (that's a no no) and trying to make things go faster. When I corrected her, she said "I know what I'm doing" and kept going. I also asked for an eyebrow wax after my service. When my nails were done, I was corralled over to the register and no wax service was brought up again. I even wrote it when I checked in. Seemed like they were trying to kick me out, which I do not appreciate. I went about 45-60 minutes after they opened for business for the day. read more
