My second time here, I scheduled my appointment through text and got in for the next day. There was only one other person there, everyone wore masks, plexiglass was between the nail tech and myself. My service was great! My gel manicure is beautiful and I will for sure go back. read more

Will never return to this place again. Nail polish started peeling and bubbling off the day after getting them done. Came back the next day to get the nails fixed. The very next day all my nails were cracking and peeking and the toenail polish too. I had to go on my vacation looking like this. Came back today and they argued with me and had the nerve to charge me $10 to take off their shitty work and send me away looking busted. I have been to a lot of different nail places and this has never happened. Worst place I've ever been too. I told them I would not be back and the response was oh well go some place else then. I will be going to see Bee and Hannah are Lexi nails...it will be worth my drive. Do not waste your money or precious time. read more

Well at first I was a little disappointed because no one asked me to check in. My appointment was 1:30 but I didn't get in the pedicure chair until after 2. But the guy that serviced me Han was pleasant and cool and plus apologized for the delay. More people were coming in too. He did a good job on my pedicure and because of him I would definitely come back. Feet felt good and looked pretty at the end. Had to tip him. read more

Went today for the first time with my boyfriend to get pedicures. We waiting for over 30 minutes before we were helped, with now cold water in our tubs. After not being able to wait any longer, I had gel from my toes removed and my nails trimmed and was charged the full amount. He was not helped at all and left very disappointed. Reading the reviews I do agree they can be slow but they do an AMAZING JOB!!!! I go there every 2 weeks sometimes every week lol for a shellac manicure and a spa pedicure. I work with my hands and my nails rarely ever chip. I let them pick my colors and designs and they always do AMAZING, they even you a glass of wine while your getting pampered (if your old enough of course) read more

If I could give 0 stars, I would. There were 4 techs working when I got there, each on 1 girl while there was already a lady waiting. They took at least 20 more min to get to the lady and I ended up leaving after waiting an hour. Apparently only one of the techs know how to do acrylics. Unacceptable. read more

I just left Celebrity nails. They did a fantastic job! The techs working do NOT make you feel awkward as they are working on your nails, because they speak directly to you and not each other. The atmosphere was so relaxing it wasn't too busy on a Saturday! They had a great selection of colors on the wall! It was a big selection also. The best part was they wrap all their tools to get sanitized, so you know it's super clean they also open their packs in front of you. I needed a mani & pedi & this salon is conveniently located in Lusby. There were male nail techs when I got there. The place was disorganized, not really clean and my service was interrupted at least 3x while he took phone calls. The 1st tech that started my pedi also had an appt scheduled (as was mine) & gave me to the other tech with no apologies, introductions - anything. I'm a pretty low maintenance person but the service was indifferent. I won't go back even tho the location is great &other price is reasonable. read more

But low and behold, when I looked at my receipt, the owner, charged me $60.00 for a fill!!! Check your receipts because they will most certainly rip you off!!! Firstly, don't come here if you need a quick job done. I went in at 2pm to get a regular manicure/pedicure and I was walking out of the door at 4:30pm. As I was getting my pedicure the water was boiling hot, the towels used were boiling and the worker didn't say one thing about it or change the temperature when I mentioned the water was hot. During my manicure I noticed he was missing spots on my nails and after the top coat I looked and my 2 year old niece could paint my nails better than he had. I had to have the manager fix my nails and I sat for 20 minutes waiting for my nails to dry. No one was at the reception desk when I was ready to pay even though there were 3 workers in the first room that were not with any customers. I will never go back here and waste $35 on a shit show of a manicure/pedicure. read more

Tried this salon based on a friends recommendation. I showed the tech a picture of polished acrylics that was two toned, stated he would do ombré. Unfortunately not only is it hideous, but you can feel the rivets and separation in the acrylic powders, all of the gems he placed and charged an arm and a leg for have fallen off. Called to have them fixed and was told they would fix for a price. Will not be back. read more

At first I really enjoyed Celebrity Nails & Spa. But as of lately , I am very disappointed in the service or should I say lack of customer service I was provided. I just thought everyone one has a "off" day so I gave them another try. Needless to say this service was by far the worse. I requested a pedicure. The young man ran the water. I picked the spa package I wanted. When I placed my feet in the water it was luke warm but tolerable. As I'm moving my feet around, the young man says "don't move your feet the water will splash". I just looked and said nothing. Then the young man gets up and says " I will be right back". He begins to have a full blown conversation with a young lady who came in the shop. So I'm sitting here with my feet in luke warm water watching him chit chat with this lady as if he doesn't have a customer waiting. I waited 17 min before I decided to leave. So as I am drying my feet off, he runs over to me and says" Don't leave. I will do for you". I told him that I am not going to wait any longer. I left the salon and never looked back. By far the worse nail shop in Lusby MD . But this is just my opinion. read more
