The technician was polite, but she immediately began cutting my natural nails without asking if I wanted them shortened. I had to stop her. Clients should always be consulted before altering their natural nails. During my service, the pedicure tub was left running and overflowed onto the floor. An older gentleman who had just walked in as a customer offered to help clean it up while I was sitting there soaking. That was kind of him, but it should not have happened in a professional setting. It became clear that only one technician was trying to service me and two other clients simultaneously. I was there for three hours, no joke. Eventually, her sister was called in to assist. When she arrived, she questioned the type of product on my nails and debated with me about whether it was dip powder. She also began criticizing my regular nail tech and repeatedly tried to upsell me on overlays after I explained that I naturally have thin nails. The pedicure portion felt rushed and heavy-handed toward the end. To make matters worse, when I was ready to pay, I was told they only accept Zelle or cash. There was no visible notice of this beforehand. I do not carry cash and was directed to an ATM, which charged a fee. After spending three hours there, that was extremely frustrating. Despite the overall experience, I was still asked if I wanted to add eyebrow services. I came in simply needing my nails and toes done. Instead of leaving relaxed, I left feeling stressed and inconvenienced. Unfortunately, I will not be returning. read more

Yeah, it's a no for me on this spot. I was grateful to be able to make a last-minute appointment on a Friday evening, but when I arrive, the place was full of chaos because they had multiple other businesses operating out of their same salon. Additionally, everything felt very rushed, and they didn't do a good job. In total, I paid $160 for a kids "pedicure" with regular polish, a gel pedicure with callus removal for me, and a fill with gel and a V French. For what I paid, I expected the same quality that I typically get from my girl down the street. That is not what I got. Instead, I got rushed through the process, got my cuticles dug into by that weird drill, they use. And left with gel on my toes that chipped already? And let me be clear, I am writing this review less than 10 hours after leaving the shop. Also, they didn't even help my daughter with her shoes, putting them back on or anything. And before we even walked out, I noticed that her regular polish on her pedicure had already smudged off because they didn't allow them to properly dry and told her it was fine. Also, look at My Nail photos. The V French looks seemingly clean at first, but when you look to the side and at the tips and edges? Not thoroughly painted and sloppy. Also, some of these nails are far thicker than the others. And I truly can't understand how I feel here ended up costing more than a full set with a full blown design at another shop down the road. Again, everything felt super rushed here. They didn't offer drinks. They didn't even ask me what type of pedicure I wanted. This was one of the worst experiences I've had in this area. read more

Clean, easy parking and fast service. When you have an appointment. Julie is my favorite!!! Well she's the only person I've gone to ‍. I enjoy the peace and quiet this salon offers. Never too much commotion or loud talking like at other salons. I always call ahead to see when there is availability. My nails never break, they last an entire month! I'm someone who does not really enjoy nail days, so I push my nail appointments off. I really like when I come here because although I don't come as often as other clients may, I feel very welcomed and remembered each time. I have been coming to this location all year. read more

Rude employees, talking back to customers. There was an altercation between a client and an employee that made me & other clients feel really uncomfortable and i was stuck there with my nails drying i couldn't even actually leave. The customer was just wondering why the prices are expensive and the employee did not handle that well and soon after, a back and forth altercation started. Very unprofessional. I also expressed my concern about an allergy which was brushed off and i felt i was not listened to. Hope i don't end up in an urgent care. read more

I was going to this place & the 1st visit I saw Vinton. She is the owner, I believe but she's kind, polite and she does try to make you feel comfortable. Its just she doesn't leave enough space on the cuticles so my nails would feel very tight and I would soak them in salt water & it still wouldn't ease up. She also cut me before to but both times I never complained. They had other nail techs & the next visit I tried Julie. Which is supposed to be her sister but of course to avoid resolving conflicts they act like they don't know each other or have their information. Julie did a great job 1st visit, & my fingers weren't in pain so far everything was good. I would go back every 3 to 4 wks for a fill in. One day I received a text from Vinton giving me 10% off for being loyal customer so I showed it to Julie & BTW I give her tips each time. She immediately got an attitude & her whole mood shifted. Over a 10% discount that they reached out & offered to me. I told her its not a big deal they offered so I was asking to use it. If not, I said ok. She sees the text directly from their online message account but proceeded to say I would need to talk to Vinton because she didn't know about it. I could see that she had an attitude. She did a rush job on my nails that day & she became very dismissive. This is the 1 time I did not tip her & so I showed Vinton and Im going to assume she thought I was complaining but I told Vinton I never meant to offend her & I didn't ask for a discount it was offered and it wasn't even that much. So, I noticed the next few weeks I tried to reschedule she wasn't available. I left tried a new salon for a few mths but new tech I tried didn't know basic trends & took 3 hrs per visit & Im not flashy I don't get crazy designs w/ lots of detail. So I reached out to Julie again since time had passed & she acted like everything was good. We talked about what happened & I explained why I left So, yesterday Thursday 4/30/26, Julie scheduled me for 9am & they open at 10am but she has scheduled me before 10am mostly it was not that often I went after 10am. So, I was waiting outside & she never gives me her phone number so I call to the shop & schedule with her over the phone. It always bothered me that she never took down names or numbers and I'm a consistent customer. So, Vinton tells me don't go & she's there. But I messaged her she wasn't there because Im outside. All I was asking them to do was see if she was coming & if she even remembers my appt. So its 9:37am, I go inside to wait & the lady they have with short red hair cut was looking at me like I was crazy because she said they open at 10am & I always have my appts before 10am sometimes she does other clients before 10am. Bottom line Julie scheduled the appt, asked for my # but clearly didn't write nothing down & came storming on the salon talking about you go! And Im like wth you booked me for 9am & all I was asking was to see if you even remembered so I didn't sit for over an hour just to have her do exactly what she did! Julie does good work but she doesn't understand English well so she gets irritated by any questions you ask even if its something simple. She has a horrible attitude she can tap on her phone & carry full conversations on FaceTime with her kids but if you move the slightest or take a few mins to decide what color polish you want she's rushing you! So she can do what she wants on your dime but you can't. We know the name they provide to us & we can remember it. It's not her government name but Im observant so I remember that as well! I wasn't going to but I left them a piece of mind. They want our business but they don't want our kind. I have been nothing but nice to them everytime I went for an appt. If Vinton offers you a discount & you go to Julie don't mention it or she'll go bipolar on you! SMH​ read more

I'm waiting at the door for it to open, the sign displayed says 10am but no one is here. It's windy and cold - sure I can sit in my vehicle but think about anyone getting dropped off or those who don't have vehicles. 10 minutes late, not too big a deal but then when asked if more employees would be arriving to help the line that had already piled up the answer was yes. By 10:45 I decided to leave because no one else showed up and I was tired of waiting. I haven't given the place a fair try so it's three stars for now. The lady advised I should get gel clear to help with the biting. They tried to charge me $40 for that service. Listen... they were very nice and that's the only reason there's 2 stars here. My nails are a hot mess. The guy that did them 1. Kept stopping to play a game on his phone 2. Didn't really know what he was doing. My acrylic is sloppy and uneven, my polish literally is peeling off and I just got them done 2 days ago. I'm so upset. My little sister went with me and the lady that did hers just pushed a design and on her she didn't ask for (she's soft spoken and didn't tell me until after we left) the guy that did my nails had to re do the polish twice because it wasn't dry (with gel polish mind you) and the day after I got them done (yesterday) my polish literally starts peeling off. A year ago, I was new to the area and read reviews that Julie was really good. I decided to give her a try. I loved the way she polished and shaped my nails. I started bringing my family. But lately, as in my last 5 experiences, she hasn't been adhering to booked appointment times. I get running a few minutes over, but I shouldn't come in and you are just starting a pedicure, however, I waited each time. This past weekend, I had a 12 o'clock and this time I was running 10 minutes behind. I called her and she said ok. When I got there, I noticed that she had just started on someone else. When I approached her, she said it was because I was late. I don't buy it, but even still, that's not how you treat a loyal customer of one year, tips well and has been patient with you several times.....plus i called! I went to this salon and Maggie took very good care of me yesterday. So I scheduled an appointment for a facial today at 10am. I call in at around 9:45am to inform them I'll be there at 10:30am. No problem. I get there and they tell me Maggie can't do my facial because of some stupid internal issue and that I can get a facial from someone else. Now, I planned my day around this appointment to have Maggie perform my facial and the manager/owner tells me she can't do it. Not good. I was going to be a loyal customer. It's close to my home and very convenient for me. But now, I'm not going back. Don't rearrange my appointment and not let me know until I arrive. They should have let me get my service and then take address any internal issues they're having. read more
