NOT WORTH YOUR TIME OR MONEY!!!! An awful attitude from the old lady. She cannot file straight, polish the edge of the nails and their polish is old. She was upset that I asked to file my nails, polish the edges and polish a second coat of clear gel polish because my nails looked dull. The polish is thick and needs to be thrown away. Also, she does not allow you to wash your hands before polishing. I was asked not to come back after I paid but I left a $5 tip for new polish or a CLOSING sign. read more

Awful job... it is sad when I know the correct process for the nails to be done and watch cheap, shoddy work be done.. I cannot say enough do not go! Their technique is terrible and they will cut you at least a few times, and when they do the job it is not even done right! Do not waste your money (they overcharge)! read more

The only good thing about this place is LAM. She does a wonderful job! I stopped in a month ago while in a hurry to get a manicure and Lam helped me. She did excellent. She took her time and the polish was beautiful. Fast forward to yesterday when I called to see what time I could come today (8-27-22) for another manicure with Lam. I get there and told them I had an appointment with her. Lam was currently doing a pedicure. That was fine. I was going to sit and wait until she was done. The older lady was bossy and told me to pick out my color and someone else was going to do it. The guy I had had one long tooth in the center of his mouth and his customer service was awful. He was rude and did my full gel manicure in less than 13 minutes. No massage or anything! So rude and he got aggravated with me because he couldn't find the color # I picked out. What a joke. Still had dead skin all around my cuticles when I left and polish all around my nails!!! I literally bothered him by coming in! I will NEVER be back to this location. This sucky work and horrible customer service is why you never have any customers!!!!! Get rid of slack employees and work on your customer service and nail skills and maybe y'all will have a chance to keep this place open. I will go to a salon that is thankful for their customers and spend my money there! read more

I was really hoping we had found our nail salon but sadly, we will not be returning. Staff was not friendly & barely talked to us. IT WAS AWKWARD! Then our nails were horrible! Too thick! Uneven! Well, let's just start off with the name of the business "Luxury Nails" this is so far from being Anything but Luxury!! Myself, my daughter and a friend arrived @430 pm walked in, was asked what service was needing..I spoke up and ask to have a full-set w/gel..my daughter was a mani w/reg polish and my friend mani w/ gel..so I asked how long the wait..she(older lady) stated 15 mins..we agree and began looking at polish..at about 445 they had my daughter sit at the last nail table and began hers..at 455 they begin on my friends nail (which she asked for a design, and they stated they don't do) moving forward..I'm hanging out watching said daughter and friend getting their mani as well as I'm watching (the older gentleman & older lady) do full-sets on some young ladies the older gentleman finishes one young lady "finally " at about 545pm..my daughter is finished her service at 605pm so we're watching our friend still receiving her service and the younger tech working on her pinched her with the cuticle tool as well as my friend put her hand into the nail lamp, it burns her finger she (my friend) states ouch that burnt me(nail tech lady states oh it's fine it happens..we kinda looked at each other..and that's also when we noticed that the nail tech only covered her fingernails on top (not the sides of the nail) so we addressed it, which the nail tech kinda got pissy and then started speaking Chinese and then the next thing we know the older lady tech took over the older gentleman techs client and then asked me to come to his station..and here is 615pm I sign and was like finally!! So, he asked what color I stated 418&440 he comes back to table only with 440 I stated I also want 418 as my accent..he slides his chair but aggressively and goes to obtain the 418 comes back with attitude and kinda holding my fingers firmly..and proceeded to go really fast on my prepping my nails to apply full set (which I swear to you he finished in 10 mins ) and then had we put my nails close to light and he walks away speaking Chinese and was gone for another 5 mins comes back with still the same attitude! Trying to rush because the close at 6pm anywho he puts first right hand in the dryer and then to paint the left we put left hand in at this time and then a bunch of little tiny bugs start coming out of the machine..I'm like oh my god there's bugs coming out of the machine..he proceeds to slap at dryer and then starts shewing the bugs towards me and yell and scoot my chair back and naturally start dusting myself off (which none landed on me, thank god for the hand cushion) I said what the hell he stated "oh the are always in our t.v. microwave etc" I stated umm no..then it happens again when we go to dry the right hand! I was like I'm done!! And got up! Paid my bill! And got into my truck at 639 pm and noticed how shotty my nails looked! So it took him 19mins to do a full-set of acrylics!! Notice the crap ass job in photos!! This Isn't my first nail service, I get them done religiously I know what a set is suppose to look like! But, I had to just leave because by then I was seeing red and so upset!! I paid $55 for this shotty service with bugs and freaking attitude! Our total was $108 which I paid the bill But I WILL NEVER RETURN AND I WILL BE SURE TO SPREAD THE WORD OF THE SERVICES AND THEIR ISSUE WITH BUGS BEING IN THE MACHINE! Ugh. They charged me $28 for a fill. I asked them what? They charge $3 a nail to make them shorter. That is a rip off. They know that our nails are getting longer everytime they do a fill. so why would they charge? and why so much. I went in for a pink and white and then they tried to paint pink and white OVER my pink and white acrylic! That is the whole reason the have a pink and white done. I wont be going back. This had to be the absolute worst place I have ever been to for a pedicure. They don't listen when you tell them you want your nails cut a certain way. They didn't com file my toe nails once they were done cutting them. I had to have three different ppl try to provide the service that i paid for. Would NEVER go again. read more

Basically some of the techs here take pride in their work and some just don't give a crap and rush through it. I've gotten pedicures here a few times and those usually go ok. I'll never get my hands done here again if I even go back at all. My daughter and I both went in for manicures. Mine gel on natural nails, my daughter getting a fill in. Just the fill in was $40! Crazy. And the lady that did mine who said she was the owner did a terrible job. She didn't have me wash my hands not one time, so of course there were little particles of dust everywhere. A piece of it got stuck in my thumb nail and rather then redoing it she took a nail clipper and tried to cut it off my nail! It left a obvious spot that looks like there is sand stuck in the polish. The place is always super dusty and they are always rushing. There are some great techs here I guess you just have to find the person you like and just go to them. Coming in and sitting with just anyone is a complete gamble because they don't care. Just want to get ppl in and out. read more

Where do I even begin! The first time I came was a few years ago for a full set. All I remember was that my nails turned out awful and still wet even after going into the UV light twice! So it definitely smudged while going about my day. The second time, I did a pedicure. My toenails looked nice, but the price did not. Way too overpriced. The third and final time I thought to myself, "let me check this place out one more time. Let me give them one more chance". Biggest regret. I asked for a full set. Short, slight coffin shaped. It came out streaky, thick, uneven, slanted, bumpy, and I showed them a photo of a nail design I wanted. Guess what! They couldn't do it. I asked for a different, simpler, and easier design, they couldn't do that. Then at that point, I told the lady (I was never rude or mean. I was extremely polite and patient to the very end) that she can do what she thinks would look nice. Whatever she wants, just do it. I let her take control because at that point, I didn't know what she CAN do, and I was ready to leave. She only painted three nails with one solid color and left the rest a clear gel for each hand. Then struggled to put little sticker designs for the clear nails. (Btw, she didn't have a lot of sticker options to choose from). The stickers folded up and she coated right over them with clear polish, leaving lumps and popped them in the UV light and that was it. The price for minimum and mediocre effort?? $74 that includes tip. Not even cutting the cuticle or any cuticle oil, but hey, she offered some hand lotion at least! She had a sweet and calming demeanor, but also appeared confused for some reason. That whole day I was fuming! I wonder if they ever read these reviews, because they are going downhill. read more

This nail salon did a horrible job and has rude employees. The man who did my nails had headphones in the whole time, and was in an obvious rush to just slap some paint on and push me out the door so he could go sit in the back on his computer. He was extremely rude to me and yelled at me to "relax" when fixing a spot I pointed out where he had messed up one of my nails. My nails are streaky and missing paint on the sides where he rushed to paint them, and unfiled and ridged on the tips. Please don't come to this salon, and if you do I hope you don't get this man. read more

This place is horrible It was prom time and so they were in a rush. I told them that I would be more than glad to wait and they assured me no that it would be no problem I had my pedicure first and then my manicure when she brought the manicure tray up it had someone else's nail clippings on it and when i said something about it she started talking in a different language and then told me no no no you not know what your talking about. I said I don't want you to use that on me and then she made another remark to one of the other workers and finally changed the tray If you have to speak in another language then what are you saying that we shouldn't hear needless to say she didn't get a tip and I didn't go back nor would I ever How nasty read more

Went early to avoid crowds and an older gentleman worked on my nails. He barely spoke English and when he did speak, he was rude. I got a gel manicure and spa pedicure. He wasn't neat while painting my nails and I had to ask him multiple times to clean the polish around my cuticles because it was pooling and did not look neat. He seemed annoyed that I was critical of the work he was doing. For the pedicure, I asked if there was someone else to do it and he said everyone else was busy. I should have just left but instead sat in the chair and let him work. I paid extra for the vitamin rub and foot scrub and they were both done so quickly, I doubt they did anything. The paint was fine on my toes but when he did the calf massage, he kept rubbing hard on a very visible bruise I had on my knee even after I told him it was tender. I will not go back there. And really wish I hadn't paid because it wasn't worth the money. read more
