There's nothing fancy or special here but they do a good job. It usually takes around 45 minutes with an appointment. They have a wide variety of updated colors. I'm not sure if they do nail art. I had to give one star because the staff was friendly and the place was very clean. However, I was not pleased at all with the service. My pedicure lasted a total of ten minutes. I left from there feeling like I only had my toes polished (and it didn't look professional). I had to ask about the callus removal and was told I didn't need it. Now this was my first time getting a pedicure since November so yes, I know I needed the callus removal. Last but not least, after the technician finished putting oil and lotion on my legs, I was told to put my feet back in the bowl and she rinsed them off again. Never in all my years of getting pedicures have I ever seen lotion rinsed back off once applied. read more

After one day of having my nails done, my gel polish proceeded to turn green in spots, ranging from small to large. Very upset and disappointed. Also, my nail technician continuously tried to convince me to get a manicure when I repeatedly said I didn't want one. My nails looked awful and I just had to take them off much sooner than I expected because most of them turned green instead of the intended purple. read more

Yes they are clean and friendly. However, I took my sister here for her birthday and requested two gel manicures. We were both done in 17 minutes. I wasn't even sure that was possible. The lady (possibly the owner) couldn't have gone faster. She filed my nails within seconds and when I asked her to file shorter she said "No, too short already" which is NOT TRUE. Then I asked her to shape them square to which she ignored me. My thumbs weren't even a known shape after I left. Then, the mauve color I ordered turned out to be a bubble gum pink and she didn't even ask if I liked it after the first nail. From there she got the clear coat all around my cuticles making them start to peel after 3 days from the root of the nail bed. I have NEVER had this issue with gel. She didn't do anything other than a quick file and paint. This is a manicure?! Since when! My sister asked at the end, "do I get lotion?" She was then handed the bottle. I felt bad that I took her here for a relaxing birthday and were in and out in under 20 minutes. Gave them 2 stars for cleanliness. read more

The absolute worst nail salon in Spartanburg SC! The nail technicians argue with you about whether they're hurting you or not and when they've damaged your nails. They're always in a rush and never making you feel welcome. They make you feel like you're inconveniencing them as if you aren't as important as other regular customers. They think you aren't knowledgeable of their field as if it's not 2016 and people haven't started researching procedures and how they should be properly done. If you attempt to correct them about not following normal procedures they will begin to not have good English all of a sudden. They should be reported to the better business bureau and closed down. I have numerous pictures of severe nail damage they caused due to not properly removing my gel manicure and attempting to force it off. They attempted to blame it on me saying I was too sensitive. Another nail technician agreed that it was being improperly removed and if you view the pictures you will feel the same. Stay far, far, far away from solar nails. read more
