A a first time customer no services were explained I have never had such a horrible experience. No services were explained or what they included. Everything seemed rushed and it wasn't until I asked a question then everyone came over yelling to now explain because I started asking the process because things felt rushed. Several people told me to "Calm down calm down" because I was asking questions meanwhile every else was drawing attention with voices raised. I felt bullied and belittled all at the same time. I won't be back. 5 minute drive for convenience isn't worth it I don't mind driving the extra distance for the best customer service. Thank you to the lady that was kind as everyone barged right over talking at once as I was not making a scene. I was being quiet and professional even though I was not happy. A horrible experience as a first time customer I won't be back. I didn't mind paying but spending over $100 to be treated less than. My nails look nice but the experience was more important to me. This morning , my daughter and I went for a traditional manicure. The manicurist deeply cut my daughter's finger while trimming her cuticle. It wouldn't stop bleeding and he didn't know what to do or how to treat the deep cut. We applied pressure and applied a tissue and bandaid. He properly clean the cuticle tool after it had blood on it. They were incredibly unsanitary unprofessional, insensitive and never made eye contact when we were leaving to pay for 1 manicure . The receptionist never apologized not spoke to us. My daughter's finger bled for over an hour and we had to change the tissue and bandaid twice. We had to purchase peroxide and neosporin to properly clean the cut. This salon should be shut down! This salon is not ratable and doesn't deserve any star , but I had to choose the lowest rating in order to submit this incident. Wouldn't be surprised if they don't respond as they didn't speak to us in English and the manicurist only apologized after he saw how upset I was and how poorly and unprofessionally it was all being handled. read more

I don't usually post reviews because I like to give hardworking individuals the benefit of the doubt, but this was such a physically and emotionally scarring experience I needed to share in hopes it could save someone from going through what I did. Worst dip mainicure I have ever had. Side of the nail beds were left unfinished. I pointed it out before I left and they just filed it off. Today was my second visit to this salon. The first, was the Friday before the July 4th holiday and things were hopping! I called ahead to see if they had time for both a pedicure and full set of nails in which I was told to come in within 20 minutes. Lots of busy was happening when I arrived, but was directed to a seat in the pedicure area. A gal switched on the water while sanitizing the station next door. My pedicure was the regular pedicure $25 with both upgrades (sea salt scrub & paraffin). I got a 2 minute scrub and a burning hot towel wrapped on my leg. Not what I expected from my guy. I mentioned to him that so had problems with an ingrown nail on the right big toe. I asked that he didn't trim my nail too short... and that aid rather it was filed instead. Zero... He did whatever he wanted. I asked him 3 times during the pedicure and was ignored. He cut my toe nails shorter than I like but wasn't willing to hear me out. The polish job was okay. First of all, they weren't friendly. Second of all, while doing my nails the older guy continuesly pushed my other fingers out of the way like I could read his mind or something. I went in with a reference photo and he said he couldn't do that (even though on their pricing board it said they could do a pink and white dip). I could understand the whole powdered glitter nail not being done but he said he couldn't even paint a them with a glitter nail polish. I asked for the same shape just a little shorter and some of them still ended up having a flat edge somehow. When I asked him to round them out more, he glared at me and yanked my hand back. I have a shorter first figure due to an accident awhile back and I told him not to do that nail because it just won't look right(I've gone to so many places and it's never looked right so I would know my own finger.) He did it anyways and surprise, it looks horrible. It's not even rounded at the end. The color isn't even close to what I asked for either. Not to mention, he didn't even have me go wash my hands before he put the nail polish on so now there's a bunch of bumps under the paint. I feel horrible about these and it was the worst $50 I've ever spent. Not to mention they don't switch out their utensils. The nail files and nail bits were all dirty before he even touched my nails. I just got my nails done Thursday. Let me list every reason that I wasted $40. First off, it was $35 the last time I went. The guy who did my nails then was off work. He did so good, I was excited to go back. The owner/technician Alex is highly unprofessional. Can't do nails to save his life and is so rude! I made a 10:30 appt for my friend and I. I sat until 11 before I said a word. Finally, a lady started my nails and Alex finished them. He told me, when you go to the doctors, do you get in right away or do you have to wait? Comparing the nail salon to a Dr office? Really? If you are short staffed, at least apologize or call me and let me know. They took my name and number when i made the appt. Then, it gets better. He didn't cut down my nails at all and he asked if they were ok. I said, I wouldn't say ok and tried to explain why. Told me to SHUT UP and not come back in front of my 5 year old daughter. I walked in after a long day of work and received THE most amazing service. The massage after my pedicure was the best I've ever had. They were so fast to do a full set of acrylics while I comfortably received a pedicure. The staff were incredibly kind. The music and atmosphere was peaceful and relaxing. This was my first stop after arriving in town for a wedding. Picked the place randomly on Yelp. It's in a nice, new (ish) area. No appointment. I waited 5-10 minutes. It's a little more upscale looking than the typical salon --chandelier, decorated floors-- and that's perhaps part of what you're buying. Prices a bit higher than I'm accustomed to paying, but I don't know the area so maybe $40 is average for a dip without tips around here. Staff were skilled on nails. They did a great job on eyebrows too! Staff made good small talk. One employee used to live on my street (6 hours away from where we were). Other family also selected this place at random and had a similarly positive experience. I'd go again! read more

My husband and I recently moved to this area and have been looking for a go-to pedicure place. This is it. I was a little weary because of the reviews but decided to go ahead and try it since it was right next to our favorite breakfast place. I tend to be on the annoyingly particular side for my pedicures. I need the place to be clean, gentle, pampering, quiet...etc. Luxury nails very much fits this bill. The massage chairs were nice and uncomplicated. We had two OPI Pedicures - worth every penny. I'm obsessed with the papaya scrub. It smells heavenly and is the perfect grit for legs and feet. By far the best nail salon that I have ever been to! The nail tech was on point with making my nails look exactly like the picture I brought in. The pedicurist that I had did a phenomenal job also of doing my toes. I have been to so many different salons where people that work there don't make you feel very good... That is not the case here! I am not going anywhere else from here on out... Their prices are comparable to other nail salons in the area as well. I'm bummed because I used to like coming here but the past few times have been a let down. The woman who did my manicure today was in a rush and didn't seem interested in doing it. There is nail polish on my skin in many places. For $35 I got my cuticles plucked and the polish applied but not anything else. I tried to ask about them buffing the skin so it is soft like they do the feet but she barely even applied lotion afterwards. I have been coming here for the past four years and have been extremely satisfied every visit. Service has always been great and whatever I've had done has always been the best. After today, I can NOT say the same. I am extremely disappointed in what happened during my pedicure. This is a long review, but details matter in this situation. If you go to this salon, do NOT, I repeat do NOT get (name [I will be inserting as soon as I have]) blonde short hair and has a tattoo on her chest. I sat down right away, communicated that I would need my gel nail polish taken off, my toes to be cut & shaped square. As a normal pedicure goes, she talks prices they attempt to get you to get the $50 pedicure... you know the drill. I got the regular pedicure. I was relaxing as you should at a nail salon while treating yourself and did not feel a thing. She pulls my feet out of the cold water. I look down and my jaw dropped to the ground. My toes looked like Shreks toe nails, better yet.. looked like my perfectly square shaped toenails that were over grown, just turned into corn kernels. STRAIGHT UP CORN KERNELS. The conversation went as follows: Me: concerned and very respectful "what happened??" Nail Tech: "Honey what do you mean?" Me: "My toe nails.. what happened.. where did they go?" Nail Tech: "Don't worry hunny, polish fix. I fix it, you be fine" (as she proceeds to PAINT MY TOE NAILS! Me: very calmly, without making a scene.. "Please stop. Take it off, I'm going to just finish them at home" Nail Tech: "I fix, I fix" Me: "Please stop. I would like you to take the nail polish off, and stop. I'm ready to leave" Nail Tech: looks at me.. "I fix hunny" AS YOU ALL KNOW, there is NO way.. NO WAY this is going to be fixed. The damage is done. She then poured (actually poured) lotion on my legs without any pressure just rubbing it all over my legs. My legs look like I was 10 years old and attempted to put SPF 90 sunscreen on my legs. Me: "Please stop, I'm ready to leave, you don't have to do that". I'm not sure if she thought she was fixing what was done or what. She got the hot towels out .... Ya'll the only thing that was feeling hot as this point was my blood that was boiling. She took the lotion (picture my legs covered in white paint) off with the towels. She said, "polish? Just a coat?" (As she's holding my ankles) I pulled my feet away put my shoes on and walked up to the front. In my head- I already had a game plan. I was paying for her taking off my gel nail polish on my toes. THAT'S IT. If you are still with me in this review here's the cherry on top. I got to the register and the nail tech goes, "THIRTY EIGHT" .. my mouth DROPPED. I actually again (shockingly calmly laughed) and said, I will not pay for a FULL PEDICURE. My nails are not painted. I'm going home and going to have to paint my own nails. I will then have invested two hours of my time into my toes. I told you to stop doing EVERYTHING you continued to do. I could not believe this. All I knew was I was walking out paying TEN DOLLARS. $38... what a joke. Another women came up to see what the issue was. They both then proceeded to poke my toe nails and speak in Chinese. When I say poke.. it looked as if pigeons were poking at CORN KERNELS. I let them know that they completely ruined my day, and I was not happy AT ALL (at this point my voice was still calm, shockingly). This was the most ridiculous, most HORRIBLE appointment I've ever had here. Enter a pedicure at YOUR OWN RISK. See my pictures attached for a good laugh. They can be fixed ya'll right?? I went for a basic manicure and it started chipping on the first day. By the third day it was chipping badly. I've never had a manicure chip this badly so quickly from any other salon. The cuticles were also not done very well, sloppy, and the edges were rough. They are pushy and they try to upsell you on services. I had a good experience here a few years ago but not recently. If I could do zero stars I would. A group of us went in to get pedicures, nails done. They have levels of pedicure options, the highest price being 95.00. We were asked which one we wanted, they pushed for us to choose the highest level, it took several no's before they stopped. When they got to my nails, I had a full set put on. Within a week the nails started coming off. The price for the nails and pedicure was 165.00. I didn't choose the highest pedicure. The other girls with me didn't choose the highest pedicure either and one of the girls said she told them no and they went ahead and did that one anyway. I will never go back there. They should respect your choice and not push you to pay a higher price read more

I had a great experience at this nail salon. The decor is absolutely beautiful, reminded me of Anthony Vince Nail Spa. Everyone was very friendly, I loved the lady that did my pedicure. She did great quality work. The price was quite fair and their were so many different options for pedicures, I can't wait to try more. Will definitely be returning! After all the poor reviews, I was a bit apprehensive to come here. But I gave 4 stars because I asked for acrylics and my nails didn't hurt the next day. A manicurist once told me that if your nails hurt the following day, it's because they're using cheap dental acrylic on your nails. Of the five other nail salons I've tried in the area, this is the first where my nails didn't hurt. I did knock a star off because after the manicurist finished using the drill on my nails, he did not place it in alcohol which I found pretty concerning. I was also somewhat annoyed because the manicurist kept trying to up-sell me on everything, which was overkill but I get he's just doing his job. All in all though, my nails look nice. read more
