I accidentally went to here instead of the other location where my appointment was and the other location had to cancel my appointment. I was so sad because of how excited I was to get my hair done, but the manager came over and moved some things around to fit me in so I could get my hair done, which made me so happy. Madie did my hair that day and I was extremely nervous for judgment due to how badly my hair was damaged and the fact that I used box dye. She never judged me one and instead explained what we could do for my hair to keep it moisturized until we grow all the damaged hair out. She recommended products to help me, services we could do to help my hair be hydrated since it was so dry, along with other tips to help me at home. I wore a mask as there were two employees coughing. I had a dip manicure which I told him that I had not flat nail beds, and to go easy on the amount of dip, I will share the result. It's rather disappointing spending $100 for a manicure and a pedicure(with tip) and your manicure really doesn't look great at all. He charged me extra to trim my cuticles. Is that a thing? Update. I went back in today and ask that they fix my nails because the polish was just too thick. They did with no charge. It still wasn't the most pleasant experience the first time, but I'm glad that they fixed them and made it less bulky.

I told them that I don't appreciate them taking other customers before my children and none of the chairs were even needing to be used by any other customers. I said I would have known that they weren't getting a pedicure they could have sat in their waiting room and they told me that's not free either they argued with me in front of everyone I could have walked away not paying a single thing but they still had me pay $10 for a kid to sit in the water. I couldn't believe how rude they were about children and their professionalism toward them.
