Pizza flying out into the area from a back room. Yelling and screaming. It appeared that they locked the children in a back room. 5-7 year old boy- they gave him a bottle to be quiet The older child was throwing food and such. Very very unprofessional. And disturbing. We were greeted with hard rock music. I go to salons to relax!!! We made an appointment for two, and One lady did both, so it took twice as long! She also proudly pulled out "ingrown" toenails and my daughter got an infection in her toe. Positive side, we received a friendly welcome, and our nail technician was nice. read more

This is one of the best nail salons I've been too, especially around here. I've been going here for years and I've never been disappointed. If going here I recommend asking or making your appointment with Don. He's amazing and really takes his time. Also one of the cheapest places I've been too but you can't tell by their work. My mom sister and I love this place and once you start getting appointments with Don you're not gonna want to go anywhere else. My three sisters and I made appointments for manicures and pedicures before going on vacation. We were warmly greeted and taken back to the stations right away. They were patient, kind, and accommodating. All of us left satisfied with our manicures and pedicures and had a very relaxing experience. The prices are very affordable, too. Ava, Judy, Don, and another employee (whose name is escaping me), made our experience a great start to vacation! I'd definitely recommend this place. read more

She couldn't relax her fingers, that's why we couldn't bend her fingers to prep around the cuticle and nicked one of her finger's cuticle accidentally with the sand band, You'd have to look under the magnifying glass to see the tiny cut on her cuticle, she went around crying to everyone in the shop after we already apologized to her 3 times... She expected us to offer to do her nails for free because we nicked her cuticle but we didn't seem to do so, then she threatened to go on Facebook to throw rock at our business and decided not getting them done... That was the story, no more no less... This is my reply to him. Beware if you want your nails done!! Don Nguyen you lie in your post. You called my daughter in law to apologize for "hurting my feelings ", in reality your professional manners and customer care need attention. I decided to try a new nail place so I made an appointment for 6:00, showed up at 5:50 because at other places I've been to, they've taken me early. At 6:30, I walked out and told the owner/manager that he needs to learn to schedule his appointments better, nobody should have to wait more than a half hour after their appointment time to be seen. All he said was, "we're busy." If they were too busy to do my nails when I called to schedule, he could've said it at that time. Will not be returning. read more

For one do not believe the "walk in welcome" part of this business. I walked in as I had gotten a gift certificate. I was never greeted once. I signed their so called log that they had and even looked at colors. I sat for 30 mins before the male nail tech got up and asked my name. I told him and with rudeness he said he couldn't do my nails cause they were busy. Hmm... I said ok. Can I get a refund for my GC. He said no. Well I am moving out of state and can't use it. The man was beyond rude and said pick up the phone. Um hello, walk in welcomes. Customer service on his behalf stinks and if he is the owner. You don't treat any customer like that. I was greeted upon entering and told it would not take very long for a pedicure. 15 minutes later I'm waiting and another client comes in for a manicure and is taken back within five mins. After that I decide to leave, and a staff member follows me outside telling me they will get my soak ready and be with me within ten minutes tops. It's been twenty. I've been here twice now. 1st time was for a full set of nails, 2nd was for a fill & 1 nail replace. The very next day, one of my nails chipped.... and the paint was TERRIBLE. Please leave your tiny dog at home, I love my pets, but having someone else's dog next to me while having a not cheap manicure is unacceptable. Find a dog sitter or leave in back of salon where many of you congregate. Plus don't have it piss in front of store where customers see. read more

I called ahead and made an appointment. I arrived 10 min early. I proceeded to wait 35 min after my appointment time. Another customer (who may have also had an appointment) arrived after me but was taken first. When I said I was tired of waiting, they did nothing and apparently could care less to have lost my business or wasted my time. read more
