DO NOT SHOP HERE!!! Today, my son went in to get himself some "grown man Cologne." They charged him $71.00 for this Cologne, which the highest we could find it was $30.00. He went back into the store and spoke with Brittany and explained the large price difference. She stated that all sales are final once you leave the store. It wasn't that he did not want the Cologne. Horrible place, I think it was the owner who waited till I purchased perfumes then falsely accused me of saying something Rude, when I was almost out the door. Maybe i was being accused of bad language don't know, because she would not tell what I supposedly said, she would just say I can't say it in fount of other customers. I've been buying my perfume here for over 10 years, part of their loyalty program. I always buy the same one, so I'm very aware of how it smells. This past weekend, I bought the same kind as always. It literally smells like nothing, so it is clearly defective. Because their policy has changed, they wont accept it back since it is opened. No exchange, no store credit, absolutely nothing. Had an amazing experience with these folks today. I called to see if they had a particular fragrance that the little Mrs. asked for, for Christmas. When they responded with an affirmative I said ok thanks, I neglected to inform the gentleman that I would be in shortly to purchase said fragrance.
