Marisol at the front desk greets you warmly & gets you settled efficiently. The process with Adbni is painless, and the results are natural and flawless! One of my big insecurities for the longest has been my nose--i've always joked that if I were to get any plastic surgery it would be a nose job, but Adbni examined me & made a simple yet effective suggestion that was well-suited for my structure. I had no clue it was such an easy tweak and am more than satisfied with the results. Obviously everyone's anatomy is different but I personally don't feel the need for invasive surgery on that area anymore. I was particularly apprehensive about filler as I've never had it before, but Adbni clearly explained options & her recommendations during our consultation as well as throughout the actual treatment. They did not - 6 times. A health savings plan means I pay the negotiated PPO fee of the insurance company. How hard is it to accept or deny a health savings plan? I assume they decided to cancel the plan because Dr Sarkissian was removed from the insurance accepted provider's website. A returned phone call would have saved me a lot of aggravation. I cannot give Dr Sarkissian a low score based on my friend's assessment of him. However, I am very disappointed, I know 3 people also looking for a dentist, not certain if I can offer this office as a referral.

The doctor prescribed a topical cream for my granddaughter and arranged for it to be sent to CVS. Regrettably, the pharmacy did not receive the prescription, and despite multiple attempts to rectify the situation, it remains unresolved. Consequently, I am disappointed in the level of service provided and advise others to exercise caution when interacting with this office.

Then on Sunday, May 12th, I received an email stating my upcoming appointment had been canceled without any explanation. No call. No context. I called the office today (May 13th) to ask what happened. The rep I spoke to was completely unapologetic and casually told me the doctor "isn't available." She also claimed someone had called me to explain--false. That never happened. She then tried to push my appointment out even further to mid-July. At that point, I declined and let her know I would no longer be continuing as a patient. Between the lack of professionalism, the disregard for patient communication, and the poor follow-up system, this experience was incredibly frustrating. I won't be returning and wouldn't recommend them.
