Justin stayed in contact for over 6 months sending periodic listings matching our criteria but was never pushy. I am a Realtor myself in the Nashville, TN area and during that 6 month of timeframe we spent considering an investment property down here, I called multiple other agents to interview for who I wanted to work with. Out of every agent I spoke with, Justin continued to stick out as the best option well above every other agent. We came down on Memorial weekend, giving Justin only a few days notice of our arrival as it was a last minute trip to come look at properties when things opened back up from Covid-19 shutdown. Justin obviously had several other clients he was juggling but always made sure he showed any property we wanted to see and if he could not get there, his assistant was available. After writing an offer on a unit in Miramar that received multiple offers, we decided to reroute and purchase a beautiful new construction townhome on 30A that backs up to Topsail State Park and we could not be happier with our choice. Justin assisted with negotiations keeping our best interests in mind, was thorough with inspection process, provided a final walkthrough video since we were out of state and even took care of a few things that he didn't have to both before and after closing. We feel like we not only gained a 2nd home in this transaction but also a new friend. Pool had a lot of debris to include a sanitary pad. No follow up or communication after I notified them through their app. No basic supplies such as S&P, oven mitts, or 1st Aid Kit. My husband cut his toe on the wheel of bed, we luckily had a band aid with us.

When you walk into a luxury condo that hits you with a dog pee smell in a pet free home instantly kills the vibe. Chip on dining room chair, dusty, couch cushions sitting up and wet. Called and they sent some shady looking people who quickly swept and mopped. Chip remained and dust. Rugs worn and dirty. View not as depicted in picture. Dirty ick feel. We had a member with a pet allergy. She had a rash when we arrived home. We asked to be moved and they said they were full. We stayed busy and avoided the condo. It was sad. I emailed for compensation of half my money back and they denied ANY compensation even though they obviously knew a dog pissed in there or they wouldn't have tried to clean the couch. We had to stay out of the living room and kitchen. This place cost thousands!!!! I encourage those with bad reviews to reach out to the Florida Attorney General. That is the step I am on now. I don't intend to give up. I work so hard for my money with maybe one vacation a year and this is not right! Please beware of this company -dirty, dirty, dirty! Last year we rented through Gibson, and the unit we were put on was in terrible condition. the furnishings were old and dirty. The walls had metal protruding from them that snagged skin and clothing. the balcony door was almost inoperable. We complained and were given a partial refund and told that if this ever happens in the future we should contact them immediately so they can address concerns. I decided to give them another chance and rented a unit through them again this year. Long story short, that was a mistake. Once again, the condo we rented through Gibson was in poor condition. It needed paint and repairs. The furniture was old and in poor condition. They provided no table or chairs for dining on the massive deck, which is one of our favorite activities. The shower drain was clogged. So we called as we were told to do and Gibson did nothing. When we vacation we don't want to spend our time chasing down the rental company management and waiting around for their repair crews. We want to enjoy ourselves. We expect them to inspect these places and make repairs BEFORE we arrive. Gibson has failed us in this regard for 2 consecutive years, and I will not use them again.

We were next to a water feature and the pool. Most of those rentals had screened in porch so which were a nice touch to hang out in. The pool was clean. The security staff were friendly. They worked the gate before you could get it which made it feel secure. The workers that drive the golf carts around we're always ready to give a lift for people to the pool. There were a lot of other things on the property like playgrounds, corn hole, basketball courts, and tennis. Overall, it was adequate for a good beach vacation. There are always things that could be better but overall this was good experience and I'd go back.

We had a total of 5 UNITS with resorts realty for 7 nights! Three were purposely in a row on the first floor so family could put little ones down and gather on the patio but stay close- also the first floor would be better for the smaller ones since there was not a balcony. We called in a few weeks before to confirm and nothing was spoken of any changes. A few hours before our arrival we called to get the code and we were told our unit was now on the 13th floor and another was moved to the 3rd floor! I was upset and they were very unkind and unpleasant spouting off the fine print telling us they could move our condo and that they were still the best resort group in Destin. The unprofessionalism was just aweful and it got worse. The condo we booked was renovated, clean, granite, remodeled kitchen and bath. The unit we had upon arrival was dirty, nothing in the kitchen or bath had ever been touched, doors falling off, pots and pans without handles, grime on the floors, one bedroom had no lamps or lights so we had to borrow one from another room... We stayed because our family was there but it dampened our spirits after driving 16 hours. Please be aware that what you book with resorts realty is not a guarantee, they may just give you the left over room that never gets used.

The following morning I put in a complaint to the 24 hour help. Their initial reply was "There is some bug spray there" mine was " Yes, however, I do not want to be an exterminator during my vacation". After about 15 minutes I received a call from a rep that seemed very apologetic and agreed to move us to an upper floor into a different unit. He gave us the room number and said that we will receive a call instructing us when we can relocate our things to the upper floor. That didn't happen, instead I received a text saying our current room was no longer available for the remainder of our stay due to maintenance no mention of the unit the other person had promised. It was followed by an email stating we could select from a provided list a different unit. However, those units were in a completely different LOCATION, not in the area we booked for an event we were attending that evening. I told the lady we don't want to move to a completely different area ( as we were hours from the start of the event). After I hung up, the first gentleman called back stating he saw I declined the move and I said because they didn't offer the room you mentioned and they wanted to move us to a totally different location. He was confused to why they didn't pay attention to what he noted. He said he would send some to spray ASAP and apply a monetary compensation on Monday, as of yet we have not seen any compensation. They did come to spray, although it was a partial spray and they didn't listen to us when we told them where we saw them coming from. The next evening the roaches returned. During the battle of the roaches we discovered how dirty this place was. Crumbs of food behind stuff, and previous old roach motels under cabinets and tables. I felt HORRIBLE that my friends were exposed to a $1200 Roach motel.

The beach is across the street and there is no private beach access. I love the white sands and the temperature was great at night. The villa had the most comfortable bed that I have ever slept in on a vacation. Kitchen is extremely small, dishwasher was full of dishes, we were wondering why there were only 3 plates and a few coffee mugs. We bought paper plates and utensils since we had assumed the dishes would be in the cabinets. We were wrong. The water pressure wasn't perfect but then again it never is at the beach. Location is close to shopping and all the restaurants. You can walk to several different places. It is hard to navigate the villas at night. You turn in three blocks from where you are actually staying which is very weird. Several different places all in one general area. Overall an okay experience but not likely to return to this area. It is very crowded this time of the year.

They know the area pretty well, also they know everything related to short term rentals, which was key for us.
