Didn't you ever hear the saying that 'Put your best foot forward'? After the first part of the schpiel, I get passed off to a "manager" who, while has a thick accent, is mostly understandable. However, he is promising me 2 roundtrip tickets at no cost and NEVER does he mention the refundable deposit that is mentioned over and over here in the reviews and then confirmed in your response to a review. Even AFTER I asked CLEARLY if there was ANY cost associated with these free tickets. Don't play semantics. Then, you made a big mistake by responding to a negative review at length defending the "criminal" "Douchebag" employee. I agree, not nice and uncalled for, but you should NEVER give those kinds of comments LEGS. Start my giving a desk job to the employees that do not have a good command of the english language, keeping them employed, but not engaging with potential customers. Please do not buy this product. I unfortunately did and find the savings to be minimal. Often times where you want to stay is unavailable. Condo availability is limited by location and dates. If considering the product ask them to see the data base and compare to other discount travel sites. There may be a slight difference in price. Sometimes literally by $1 and because they are $1 less it counts as cheaper than the completion. You just paid thousands of dollars to save not even hundreds The concierge is not available to help or make reservations on weekends. I have left messages when they weren't the lowest price and not received calls back. This product may have been great before the existence of other discount travel sites but modern internet services render it an investment that is not worth it. Update: I stand by my original review. I was told no annual fee and received a call from a woman in North Carolina telling me the package I bought did not have an annual fee. Then received a call yesterday asking for said fee and saying they had never heard of such a thing. I need to check my paperwork. It's a rip off. This is the second time went to the presentation for this company. It use to be called Vacations in Paradise. The last time I went they offered free 2 rt airfare tickets with a 2 night hotel stay anywhere in the US. After paying a $100 deposit I was finally giving a contact number to book the reservation only to find out it cost $300 with fees/taxes. We were going to San Francisco from Florida, and thought well it is cheaper than booking directly. Unfortunately you can't add extra hotel days at your own cost! It makes no sense to go that far for one day there! So I got a refund and booked my own trip. In Nov 2017 I get a call from them now known as VIP Travel, offering a 2 night stay in Orlando and 2 theme park tickets. After the presentation I find out that you have to give them a refundable deposit for taxes, but don't explain there is an additional $250 in non refundable fees! The hotel is an "economy hotel" in Orlando (45/night on hotels.com). Oh and you can only go on Monday or Tuesday! I sincerely went to check out the membership, not for the freebie. Let me tell you it starts out at 13K, and by the time I left they were offering the membership for $2600. Of course you can't check out what the actual deals are they will get until you are a member (lol). In the presentation they will tell you are getting half off on my packages/hotels/cruises...most the time, then the quickly mention sometimes it is only 10 percent. Don't waste your money you are better off negotiating your vacations directly yourself. read more

Look at the following clauses: AIR /HOTEL cl#4 $100 account creation fee; cl#6 $99 pp processing fee. CRUISE cl#4 $75 account creation fee; cl#5 pp "cruise fulfillment fee" (in ADDITION to port charges & government taxes). They require payment of $100 + 75 + 7.95 = $182.95 before they will even talk to you about what free trips are available. The first person did say the airline tickets were on Southwest. The second person said any airline, travel anywhere but I had to listen to a 90 minute presentation. TOTAL SCAM!!! They call for a presentation, if you attend you get a "free" airline ticket for 2 and a 2/3 night stay in a hotel. They start out at $11k to join their travel club and then "today" you get it for $7k. We were actually dumb enough to think we would join as we travel all throughout the year... we ask a few questions and the guy gets all nervous, won't look at us, jumps around, won't give us any answers to our questions etc. in fact they wouldn't as much give us their true company name. I asked to see the website, he said you have to be a member. So he leaves the room comes back and is showing us the rates... I got the website off of where he was looking and it linked back to this one. I asked for a business card, no one answered, I asked if we wanted to sign up tomorrow we need to know the company name, one guy said today is the only day (although the presentation stated we could sign up at any time) then they tell us we have a 3 day federal law to cancel but, our membership wouldn't be active for 30 days or more! It should be instant! Regardless, it's a scam no doubt about it and I warn each of you to ask questions as their true side will come out and there is no website and they claim their name is Vacations International during the presentation but, this company is who they are linked to!!! We ended up having to pay for our vacation twice since the resort they advertised in the middle of Breckenridge with ski-in, ski-out amenities, pools, etc. ended up being a bed and breakfast 15 miles outside of Breckenridge with a tiny room, a community bathroom and an hour of driving to the next ski lift. In the presentation they talked about a booking in 15 minutes. When I got a reply, it was not in the island I requested. It was in a remote part of another island. The rates they offered were more than those on other internet sites for the same hotels. They have not responded to any of my attempts to contact them with my complaints, and my request for a refund of my membership. I have made numerous phone calls and sent three registered letters. I attended their presentation summer of 2018, they offer many great trips or rentals if you join "the Club" They tell you if you buy right away you can get a membership for $12,000 then send you out to your salesman, within 5 minutes he lowered the price to $7,000 and in another 20 minutes the price was $5,000 That is the amount we paid. I found out later that prices went down to the high $2,000's you don't get your sign on info for about a month after paying which limits any chance of getting your money refunded.I used their site in Dec. 2018 to ask information about the size of beds in one of their listings, it took 3 days for someone to respond to me, they never did answer my question but tried to send me to other listings in which I had no interest. I don't know if this business is A - ok or not, I received a phone call inviting me to a presentation with the promise of 2 free airline tickets, also 2 nights comp in a hotel, and a $100 dining card. I asked the name of the business, location also made an appointment to go visit them. But I wanted to check them out first and now I have. I was not told on the phone that the 2 airline tickets would require a refundable deposit . Truth is we may not even want to fly any place ( hate flying now days ) but a couple open ticket would have been great. In case we did want to fly someplace. The agent on the phone was nice, Bernadette, but really, a drive all the way to Deerfield Beach for us in south Palmetto Bay , Miami, is just too far to maybe get a couple of tickets we may not use, also not willing to pay a refundable deposit for tickets we may not use. This owner, Blake, sounds very much on the level and I wish the travel agency was not so far from us. We would love good rates for cruises but my flying days are over considering the present atmosphere of air travel. This review is specifically for Shawn Banks, as she is the only agent I have encountered and I can't imagine anyone being better. My family has booked multiple vacations through Shawn, including annoying multi-leg international trips and multi-family domestic trips. I always get stuck planning these outings, which can prove to be a thankless job. Shawn senses my angst and has completely off-loaded this burden. She is kind and professional, and she always thinks of things I forget. We mostly communicate via email, but when she calls me her voice is so calming that I almost wish I was more able to answer the phone during the day. I feel like most agents can probably get you a good discount, but Shawn is awesome because she really cares about me! I went to a presentation back in January of 2018. While in the presentation they first said the package costs 20k+ to have access to a website to get discounts. When the presentation was over they said if anyone wanted the package for 10k to raise the hand now because it was the last opportunity, obviously someone did, not me. After the presentation they take you to a sales rep, if you say no they lower it to 7k and so on. They got me all the way down to 3k and $300 a year for a suppose discount. They claim they give a lot if discounts but they do not, sometimes it's $100 dollars savings. How can that be a discount if 3k were given plus the yearly fee? I tried to cancel to get my money back but they wouldn't do it. They said I was over the 10 days period but it takes them about 10 days to setup the whole account which is what makes this a scam and a fraud. I'm going to report them to BBB for their malpractice and not having the customer needs in their views. I've used the site ONE time because the places I've gone to they do not have discounts or it's cheaper to get a package on Groupon or another vacation website.
