SCAM... We purchased the RainSoft water system and was told by Anthony Cassell (salesperson that came to our home) that we could choose a 3 day 2 night trip through Trips Incentives or a $20 Home Depot gift card. We should have chose the gift card, but we chose the trip not knowing it was a total scam... The first sign should have been everything had to be mailed... We chose 3 different destinations, an arrival date, and sent in a $65 money order ($15 admin fee non-refundable/$50 refundable fee for the hotel stay) per the instructions on the form... We received a letter back almost 2 weeks later basically stating they couldn't accommodate us. We contacted them at the number provided and Sisa (rep you get when you press option 2, cause ext 222 is a salesman that never answers) stated it wasn't the dates, it was the destinations... Sisa stated to send in new destinations, and we did... We also sent in a date 3/4 months out. After 3 times of doing this and the money order was cashed after the first time we sent in the arrival date/destinations, we were done... We left a voicemail for them to refund us our money, and we received an email hours later asking for our address... They refunded us only $50 and stated per their policy the $15 admin fee is non-refundable... We explained we were under the impression the $15 was if they were successfully able to accommodate us for a trip, and it's not the amount, it's the principle... Scam. You are offered a free 7 day cruise and a 250pp Amex card. We listened to a presentation to purchase membership in a vacation club. The opening g price was 14,995! .it went down to 8k. After much chatter a out using our credit card, the salesman got it that this wasn't happening. When there was no free cruise..$98 pp activation fed. I agree with most of the other reviews. Scam. I mailed in my 3 selections with a $58 deposit and they mailed back that they were not available and to try again. I called to ask what is available so I can request something I might actually get. They can't do that over the phone. There's no way to do any of this in the modern world on the internet. There's a deadline to book your travel so I think they're using snail mail to delay the process enough that you never get anything. I requested a refund of my deposit - wish me luck! read more

Total Scam! I sent in the initial $56 and our trip request within the 90 day window and they said that we needed to send an additional $20 for our kids for 2 nights so we did. Both checks were cashed then we get correspondence stating that our trip was declined because of no availability but they cashed both our checks!! I called several times and got no actual person and had to leave messages with no call backs for over 2 weeks now! I will be contacting the better business bureau next to report their fraudulence. Stay away, far away from this group. I attended a sale pitch in Aberdeen Maryland in March 2020. I did not trust nor purchase their product. They required a payment for my "free" hotel room and airfare. The money was sent and cashed promptly by this group. Last attempt was given three locations in same state. None were places requested . Each location required between two forty nine and 999.00 extra to use. Months of playing email request and wait. After attending a sales pitch with Diamond Resorts and not buying, we were given an eight day vacation at several places around the world as a "thank you." That 8 day vacation was managed through TRIPS. We intended to use it in Hawaii but the "free" part is only in the continental US. For Hawaii it would have been about $200/night. Which is still not bad for Hawaii, but not free as we planned. Since we waited until the last three months of our one year time period, and that included a lot of holidays, we were not able to find a week that would work. The TRIPS people did try to work with me. They responded to emails within two days. I was able to speak to them on the phone at least three times as we tried to find something that would work. Probably if I had not waited until the end of the expiration period it would have worked out. I have no complaints with their customer service or how anything was handled. I am giving them a four star instead of five only because we did not get to actually take the trip so I cannot comment on how the hotel would have been. Once it became obvious we would not be able to make a different location work, they refunded my money within ten days. I really did not have any issues at all. here is a tip ..... On the form you can only pick two dates to start your vacation but I sent a letter telling them ALL of my dates. The original dates they offered me to Hawaii were not the two dates on my form but instead two of the dates that I put in the letter. So try letting them know all of your options for the best flexibility. read more

Showed up to the presentation. Had to wait for some time. While waiting we watched them kick out other couples for supposedly not being on time. We were In waiting area for 30 minutes, the 2 minutes they were behind us was surely no problem. And they were very rude about the way they told them to leave. Next they give you questions to fill out. How much money do you spend on vacations and how much money do you make a year. I didn't answer them, it's none of their buisness what we make. They rudley came back and told us to mark them or we didn't need to be there. So I marked 60,000 a year ( this is not enough income for them to show you a presentation) us and one other couple were gave our "free gifts" and told to leave. The free gifts were a hotel discount card and a free cruise that you have to pay to activate so you can use. We drove an hour total both ways to be able to go to their stupid presentation and then got booted becasue I wouldn't let them know how much we make and sixty grand isn't enough for them to show you a presentation. They said unfortunately we don't have room back there for you now. They took 8 people back and into the holiday Inn meeting rooms that hold 100 plus. My advice don't waste your time this company is a joke. read more

Well I have had the voucher for some time now. I used to get someone on the phone Everytime I called. Now that I finally have my destinations I mailed in voucher with money order and it was returned. I get online to see if I can find a number other than the 8883313331 number and find the 9543766100 number. SCAM!!! DO NOT send them money! I filled out the form, sent a check, and they cashed it. They called my phone a SINGLE time randomly during a work day. I returned the call several times and left voicemails. Then they returned the form with a piece of paper stating they couldn't book me/help further due to not being able to contact me. They will not return our calls or voicemails at all. DO NOT GIVE THEM MONEY! Basically do their best to keep your money and know that you won't spend the extra money for a Civil Lawsuit to get it back. I wish I had seen the other reviews before sending it off. read more

I wish giving this company less than 1 Star was an option. We received a travel voucher with this company from a home improvement company. Trips incentives asked us to send a personal check and request dates for a vacation that they would then grant. This happened multiple times and no matter which dates or locations we chose they always declined and said everything was booked. They also cashed the check and never delivered on services owed. When called about a refund they just claim the refund was already processed but has never been received. Trips Incentives are nothing but thieves who will steal your money and never deliver. Total scam!!! I wish I had read the reviews. Bought a Rainbow vacuum system and was awarded the Trip Incentive form. I filled it out and sent in my $58. They called me a few weeks later and said the three places I had tried for were booked. They said they would send my money back. I only got a check for $50, which I probably should be grateful for after reading some of the reviews. However, they kept $8. Now, if 1 million people sent in a check for $58 and only got back $50. I purchased an offer to take my family to Orlando a few months ago through Trips Incentives for 3 days and 2 nights for $79. At first I thought the deal was too good to be true. I called and talked to the reservation agent expecting a million and one hidden fees, but to my surprise there were none. I was offered the opportunity to take a tour of the property in exchange for a free extra night and some other freebies. Unfortunately I couldn't take that because we were on a tight schedule and had to make it to a family reunion. The Worldgate Resort itself was great. Super close to all of the theme parks and a very comfortable place to stay. We had two double beds, one for the adults and one for our two kids. Don't get me wrong, this wasn't the Ritz Carlton, but absolutely comfortable and you CAN'T BEAT THE PRICE. For a family on a budget, like we are, we were very happy with the experience we had with Trips Incentives. The theme parks cost so much money ($100 per person JUST FOR ENTRANCE for Disney....are you kidding me!?), it is nice to save money where we can. And at $79 for 2 nights accommodations, we couldn't ask for anything more. We haven't used our $100 DineAround yet, but look forward to doing so soon! Stay away! This company seems to be in the business of not providing vacations. We were given a coupon for a "free" Trips Incentives vacation by a timeshare company. The timeshare company had previously held true to its word, although I did not immediately realize that the bonus vacation they offered us was through a 3rd party. I also didn't realize that there was going to be a fee to book the "free" vacation.  We had one year to use our Trips coupon. After 6 months, we decided we'd like to plan a vacation for the following summer. This gave us 4-5 months lead time to get the vacation details worked out with Trips. There was so much back-and-forth that we ultimately ran out of time and could not get a 3-day vacation planned before the coupon expired.  We did get our fee returned to us, but that required a stern letter that implied that legal action would be forthcoming.  Here are the main reasons why 6 months was not enough time to book a vacation with Trips: Everything was done by snail mail. No emails, faxes, or electronic payments. I exchanged half a dozen snail mail communications with them, until time was up and I was certain only a scammer would operate this way.  Poor phone communication. There was a phone number, but it was about 20% chance to get someone on the phone, and 40% chance they'd call back if you left a message.  Form letters. Each "error" I made, or change that was needed, was accompanied by a form letter. It wasn't entirely clear what each form letter meant or if there was a misinterpretation, so I would be left scratching my head until I could get ahold of someone on the phone.  The coupon had to be included in each snail mail transaction. So, if you got someone on the phone, but they had already sent back the coupon, then you'd have to wait to receive the coupon to return it with whatever correction was needed.  Bizarre bureaucratic requirements. You must pay *all* fees before they will begin to book the vacation; you can only request one date at a time; they will not tell you over the phone if your preferred location is available on your preferred date. These all seemed to make the process unnecessarily complex and frustrating.  Poorly worded instructions. The first few communications, I was frustrated, but naively believed it was my fault for not properly adding up all the fees and filling out the form correctly. I now believe that they have no desire to make the process simple and easy. (I'm a rule-follower by nature, so I'm typically quite competent at completing forms properly the first time. In this case, I'd 'd get a form letter, both my husband and I would read it, reexamine the coupon, and still not figure out the mistake.) I'd be shocked to learn of anyone who successfully redeemed a free vacating through this company. read more

This company is a total scam. I received a Trips Incentives package for attending a Marriott timeshare presentation. They require you to send in a bank check for a daily amount (for 2 ppl) and a reservation request with two choices, which I did. I got a letter back and my check returned saying "We are unable to find any accommodations for your time of travel, therefore the fees sent are enclosed." I called to ask if I could try some other locations and times and they said no, you only get one chance. The entire phone call, the woman who answered the phone talked over me and would not let me ask any other questions. Basically, if you have nothing better to do with your time, you can play their game and fill out their forms and go get a bank check and mail it in, and the only thing that will happen is you have wasted your time and postage. read more

You have to do the offer over the mail and then wait a month or two even for a response only to be told nothing available. I tried 3 times over the course of 12 months and was denied every time. They obly book you a crummy 2 star hotel anyways. Do yourself a favor and don't even send them the deposit. Scam!!! I followed the instructions to the "T". I sent in the form and money as requested. You have to mail (yes mail) where you want to go on your "free" vacation. I mailed it and a few weeks later received a notification that all the dates / locations were not available. I asked the over the phone and they could not tell me when those locations/ dates were available. They said they could not check? I will need to MAIL the info back to them and then they could check. All the time the clock is ticking. I will file with the BBB to put this company out of business. read more

I am very disappointed that we have not been able to use this incentive. The entire country has been on lock down for over six months. Now that travel is reopening I would like to use this but was told that the offer would not be extended. It expires on 12/9/2020. Horrible business model!!!! They get employers to sign up so they can incentivize their customers or employees, but seem to never want to pay out when they actually want to use the incentive. I tried sending in my incentive request as directed and every time would get a response saying "sorry not available on this date requested". So I'd send in another one for a different time and still would get same response. This happened five times. And I tried calling them and tried talking to them and they'd always tell me to send it again. They couldn't tell me over the phone if a date or place could work or not. No efficient website either. All snail mail. Finally I gave up. At least when I called their automated phone system made it easy enough to get my $70 back, if not I would of called this a scam. But to businesses/employers who want to incentive your employees or customers DO NOT USE THEM. They make it difficult to actually use their service until you want to give up. read more

TRULY DISAPPOINTED! I sent them my voucher & they kept returning it to me saying that there was no availability. This happened four times. Finally they called me and asked if I wanted my $50 refunded along with a $100 for not being able to pick an available destination. I told them no that I wanted them to find me something anywhere any time, so they told me that I could go to Nashville on July 4, 5,& 6th. I agreed & two weeks before that date I still had not received anything in the mail, so I called them. They said that they had no record of that call & there was no availability anywhere & my voucher would be out of date before anything was available. They sent my form back and were inflexible (and even condescending) with processing the form unless there were 3 selections. Since the form was not processed yet, I requested a refund of my original $56 check. Unfairly, they said they would keep the $6 "processing fee". I wouldn't do business with this company! read more

BEWARE!!! We won a Trips Incentive trip. You have one year to take your trip. They tell you to send in a $50 refundable check and your choice of three locations with dates. I sent the request in four times and every time I received a letter back stating our dates and locations were unavailable. We were selecting weekdays in unpopular locations, there is no reason we should not have been able to get in. They told me I could request a refund, which I did multiple times. My wife and I went to Las Vegas through Trips. Hey what a deal. In this day and age if you want to go away, save lots of money this is the way to go. Nice accommodations, close to the strip. A little bit more involved to make a reservation but worth the price. Planning on using them again for a weeks vacation. What we save can be used to go to a really good restaurant. read more

This company is a scam! We attended their timeshare presentation while on vacation in exchange for a free 3 day getaway. We had to make our reservation within 30 to 90 days of our travel date. As soon as we were in our 90 day booking window I selected our weekend and 3 locations. I also sent in a $53 check to cover taxes/fees and another $20 check for our children to attend. I received a letter stating our dates and locations were not available. However, they cashed our checks. I have been attempting to contact them both by phone and email and have had no response. We will be calling the fraud department and filing a report tomorrow. read more
