I called, no answer so I left a message. I called 5 more times that day, left a message then 5 more times the next day. I called 3 times the next day, then left another message on the fourth day. No response! I then called customer service and Joseph Torres was able to get our full refund in less than 10 minutes.

At 1st glance that ship was very clean and fresh. Plenty of smiling faces around and everyone was happy to be there. As per the usual we had to get acquainted with the ship and find our muster station. (that was easy) Now on to some food and drink. It was raining but we made the best of it and most did. Room time! Spacious and well kept. Large port window and the standard bedding. (We did NOT have a fridge!) We asked our porter and he said "it was broken so they removed it" WHAT!? Ok :( The club was great every night and the white party even better! This is a small ship but still a fun ship. That 8 day vacation was managed through TRIPS. We intended to use it in Hawaii but the "free" part is only in the continental US. For Hawaii it would have been about $200/night. Which is still not bad for Hawaii, but not free as we planned. Since we waited until the last three months of our one year time period, and that included a lot of holidays, we were not able to find a week that would work. The TRIPS people did try to work with me. They responded to emails within two days. I was able to speak to them on the phone at least three times as we tried to find something that would work. Probably if I had not waited until the end of the expiration period it would have worked out. I have no complaints with their customer service or how anything was handled. I am giving them a four star instead of five only because we did not get to actually take the trip so I cannot comment on how the hotel would have been. Once it became obvious we would not be able to make a different location work, they refunded my money within ten days. I really did not have any issues at all. here is a tip ..... On the form you can only pick two dates to start your vacation but I sent a letter telling them ALL of my dates. The original dates they offered me to Hawaii were not the two dates on my form but instead two of the dates that I put in the letter. So try letting them know all of your options for the best flexibility.
