Things went in the wrong direction from there! I went to the office location to book large letters/numbers we needed and paid for everything there. We provided details for date, place, time they were to drop off the letter for an important event. We even paid extra for delivery to insure there were no issues. Because of their availability they requested we open the venue early which the venue kindly accommodated. The event day came and the letters never arrived at the time agreed upon. We could not get ahold of anyone at the office as calls would go straight to voicemail! It was not only a bad look for the event, ourselves, and more importantly this companies image! I understand mistakes happen which was explained occurred here, however, we should not have to wait for a response to texts, calls, emails, social media messages for almost 48 hours after (Monday morning, event was Saturday). It is irritating when items are paid in full and still somehow missed, makes no sense! What am disappointed in the lack of professionalism that was experienced here! I am writing these review to help others reconsider or take better measures in insuring they receive what is paid for! As I read past reviews I noticed this was not the first time this occurs and could potentially happen again to someone else's important event, which I would not hope on anyone! Hopefully the company takes better measures to fix their issues in fulfilling with their promises to customers.

Leave catering, food preparation and food presentation to someone skilled and licensed in that area. But sometimes trying to support BOB you find out the fine print later. No catering license, no food handlers permit nothing! So where are you preparing this food that you are selling commercially? Smh! At this point we know there is not going to even be a partial refund for the food and embarrasnent.. So hopefully the next will know you are good at decorating events, but bad at catering and can only do basic shit like eggs, fruit, pancakes sausage and waffles.

Deidra was great to work with and was very accommodating to our schedule and some changes that we has last minute. The only draw back if I had to have one was that there was only one bathroom. I would highly recommend The Cove for your next event.
