I had been looking for a dermatologist after moving here from AZ. I found this office and saw they…read morewere in network for me. After reading about their physicians, I decided to call them for an appointment. I was able to schedule an appointment for 2/1/2027 when I made the appointment in March 2026. It was that far out because as a physician, I only like to see physicians, not midlevels (nurse practitioners or PAs -- side note, it is your right to ask to see a physician and not a midlevel). They did accomodate that request, but I had to wait almost a year for that appointment. In less than two months after making that appointment, I received a form letter saying that the physician with whom I had an appointment was no longer going to be seeing regular patients, only doing cosmetic derm, and she spent a lot of time deciding who she wanted me to go see -- she wanted me to see one of the PAs. Yeah, no. I can find another dermatologist. So while, I did not actually see anyone in the office, I did have experience with trying to establish care, requesting a physician, and then that being denied. As a physician, I will not tolerate being pushed to midlevels, and neither should anyone else.

She was very close to my house so a simple Google search led me to her. Recently, she moved to a new location. Although it's farther from me (not by much lol), it is totally worth the drive! Her new space is amazing. It's bigger, it has a front desk, a huge room with multiple tables, chairs, couches, a changing area, and absolutely charming decor. Pink, pink, and more pink! Just walking in makes you feel special and girly :) She supplies snacks, sells beauty products, and even has her own merch! I don't have experience with any waxing services other than my eyebrows, but I'm sure Natalia can gently and carefully wax whatever you need. I stopped getting my eyebrows done for a long time because I didn't like the pain... I barely feel anything when she does them! My brows look perfect after every visit. Natalia is very sweet and does a good job at making her clients feel comfortable. She'll chit-chat if you want, or give you a quiet appointment with music playing the background. I scheduled a consultation with Preet to discuss microblading and other more permanent options, and added on a tinting session to walk out with something tangible. I had to go to the Tosa location to see her, which was a hike. She mentioned that she might start adding hours on the East side, which would be great, as she is the only one who performs the advanced services. The shop is pretty spare, but Preet explained all the safety techniques she uses to ensure a hygienic experience. She was friendly, thorough and unrushed. We talked procedures, colors, etc. I may pull the trigger eventually, but this is not a cheap service. I did get a tint done and my first threading. It went well. She didn't have the color I wanted for the "permanent" eyebrows, but I did walk out with more definition, a pleasing shape and a good overall feeling.

My waxing session was done by Happy, who was super kind and very thorough! I appreciated that she used new wooden waxing sticks after each use. The waxing is separate from the brow, threading station, downstairs to be specific so you have extra privacy. I will be coming back here again! Even their regular full priced services are more affordable than a lot of the other local axing and threading shops in the area.
