So I thought I would give it a try and it was a great experience. The first advantage versus a typical urgi care was that since I was already a patient, it took me maybe 30 seconds to just fill out my name and basic info. Usually, if you walk into an urgi care, you could spend 10 minutes on their paperwork. It was only 35 minutes total from the time I showed up until the time I walked out! They worked very quickly to keep the line moving! I was really impressed. Also, everyone I dealt with was really professional, friendly, and kind. The front desk guy was super nice, as was the nurse and doctor. If that had been my first experience at the practice, I would have a different overall opinion. I'm actually thinking I will stick with this office just because the urgi care experience was so nice. I hope the primary care will up their game so I could stick around in the long term. Dr. Horton was so kind! Very different bedside manner than I experienced with Dr. Brack. Maybe switching primary care doctors would do the trick for me.

The issue is the contacting them, because there simply is no contacting them. They've implemented a new AI, it does not work and in the past 2 hours I've gotten nowhere and wasn't able to speak to anyone, and now I am not sure if I will be able to get my necessary meds. The front desk staff was extremely disorganized and neglected their duties, severely impacting my health (again issues with getting meds and reffreals out to me/my pharmacy/other Doctor's offices), but this is far worse. I have choosen to take my care elsewhere, I feel very failed. They can not even put a real person on the phone. If you can get in the care is good, but it's impossible to access.

The accident happened the day before my unscheduled appointment. Dr. Scott fixed me up and there was no pain. He has been my doctor since 1994 and he is so easy to talk to. Dr. Weaver and the entire office is top notch!…read more Her primary nurse is Cheryl and Cheryl always calls me back and always works me in if I need attention urgently. The people on the phone are always helpful and kind. I never wait even five minutes in their spacious and clean waiting room. The nurses or medical assistants who take me back and triage me are always kind, as well. Once in the examination room, my wait is seldom more than ten minutes. Dr. Weaver is always so kind and welcoming. She sits and listens. She does not seem distracted, she is not busy looking at the computer or writing notes. She is compassionate and she does not judge! The reference desk is always helpful, they call to pre-cert any services Dr. Weaver sends me out of office for; and they call me to tell me what my out-of-pocket will be. There is a phlebotomist on site and there's never more than a five minute wait for blood draws. I cannot recommend her and the office more.

My daughter was crying and in so much pain and the nurse Dani who got us back to the room and did her vitals was so caring and attentive. Dani was very sweet with my daughter and empathized with how bad she was feeling. She offered her water and turned the bright lights down lower when she left to get the doctor. She even heard my daughter say she was cold and said she would turn the thermometer up. I've never been to a walk-in where someone was so thoughtful. The doctor was also so kind and efficient. I think her name might have been Emily. We had a pretty sleepless night before walking into the clinic and they made it so easy. We were in and out with a prescription in 15 minutes. I would definitely go back.
