He is absolutely and undoubtedly a huge asset to this facility. He has been my PCP for nearly 15 years and someone one can trust and rely on. The staff in this office is kind, compassionate and attentive to your needs. Shaunna and Brenda are responsive, quick to reply to your needs and without a doubt, excellent resources to answer questions / concerns / respond to your needs. It is such a comfort to know that one can rely on them to respond appropriately and timely. Being a long-term patient of Dr. Killen has proven to be an excellent choice, without a doubt. He is a kind man who listens to his patients, hears their needs and responds appropriately. I trust no one else with my healthcare needs more than him. Not only all of this, but getting a hold of someone has been an extreme challenge and they forget to mention things on the phone like release of information paperwork, etc. It's been over 2 months since I've tried to get my medical records transfered and still no luck.

Went to this clinic 30 days ago and still never got my script filled. After multiple pharmacist…read morereached out trying to assist in me getting my script calls were ignored as they were with me as well. I reached out to the clinic several times and spoke with a very unprofessional nurse who still did not help and eventually they closed out my script. I dont care what response the own gives about this review they did absolutely nothing to assir with me getting my script which not have the medication caused me to stop breathing in my sleep twice. I did reach out to Medicaid this entire process and asked them to document my experience as I would have NEVER chose this clinic! Medicaid signed this clinic up as my pcp! They were quick to. Took the appointment so they would get paid but slow to make sure I got my medication. Again the OWNER will.give a generic response but never reached out to me to fix the issue! If I could give this clinic 0 stars I would!!

They called back after 4 I answered they asked me what I needed I was telling them when I heard a click I said hello, then the beeps when the call has ended so I call back but get the answering machine so I leave a message saying how we must have been disconnected and please call back. It is now Sunday no call back nothing. I wish I could leave negative stars. Also the name of the place is Swope health so it took me a minute to find this to write the review.
