You can def see there's redlines to where she plucked the hair forcefully in a manner where I started to bleed multiple spots underneath my eyebrow. Yes, I know threading is another way of pulling hair, don't get me wrong. But never in my life i've ever seen these marks with my eyebrows! None of that happened. Instead the focus was entirely on selling a package (no single sessions available) starting around $1,800 for skin lightening alone. When I mentioned the price was significant, I was immediately asked if I had Care Credit not given any context about the treatment or its value. When I said I needed to think about it, the consultant did not open the door for me, and no one acknowledged me as I left. For services involving sensitive areas and significant cost, you deserve transparency about who is treating you, what they're doing, and why. I didn't get any of that here.
