Five months ago, I spent almost $400 (incl. tip) for laser vein treatment on some spider veins on my legs. After "treatment," my veins went from small and red to large and purple, as well as a bruise that has still not gone away. I called the office and they asked me to send pics, which I did. The owner agreed to do a complimentary treatment to correct the problem; however, every time I was scheduled to come in, I was told that their "new machine" was still waiting to be delivered. After several phone calls, I was told, "Don't call us; we'll call you." That was over two months ago, and I've heard nothing since. My opinion is, find another facility. This one is in over their head, and if your experience is like mine, you will leave worse than you came. read more

Scheduled a treatment and arrived 10 minutes early to complete paperwork. Was told that they were running behind schedule. No problem, things happen. What was a problem is that while waiting, the business owner was on hold on speaker phone, at the reception desk, blaring the hold music and recorded loop into the lobby. Simultaneously, owner is airing her problems with ventilation, landlord, business license and deliverables to receptionist. Behind me, there is a man in the entrance, having a cell conversation - after finishing - he and the owner make lunch plans. She is still on speaker phone, still making her problems her customers problems. Left 15 minutes after scheduled appointment - 25 minutes after being in an environment that would be considered unprofessional for a food truck, let alone an office that provides services that can only be performed by a licensed medical professional. read more

Came in hoping to remove this little black dot on the top right cheek of my face that's been stressing me out for a while. The entire staff was so welcoming when I arrived. The shop had a so soothing and relaxing vibe going on the moment I stepped in. Very clean and cozy. They guided me right into one of the rooms and took a look at my face. They could tell right off the bat what it was and started the treatment. I really liked how they were walking me through how they are going to treat it one step after another, which made me feel comfortable. The whole treatment was one in less than 10 min. It was fast yet done very thoroughly. It did not even hurt a tiny bit. I thought they must be using the highest tech devices and I could tell the lady who took care of me was such a veteran and got the job done flawlessly. That wasn't even it. She also kindly shared preventative and proactive advice on how to take care of the area while handing over some samples for my skin as added values.
