When I spoke with the owner, I wasn't offered a refund--just castor oil and the reassurance that "they'll grow back." Next thing I know I have $148.50 coming out of my account on a regular basis and I NEVER signed up for this!! All because the front reception area personnel was having an internal "contest" to sign up clients around the holidays.
