When he was ringing me up, I asked him to check my points card to see if I had an extra one coming before I paid for my vape juices, and he said that's not the way we do it. I asked if he could check anyway, and he said OK, but I'm just trying to help you out, sweetheart. When he looked at my card, he said see you're way off, not even close. Unnecessary. And that's not the point, the point was I would like to know where I'm at on my card before he tells me to pay. Then today Bob was there and as he was ringing me up this time he asked for my name, which I thought meant he was gonna check my points card before he had me pay for my juice. He didn't and instead told me to pay and have a blessed day and asked the next person behind me what he needed before he even found and looked at my card. I said I'd like to see what's on my card first. Turns out I was on my last checkmark, which means one of my vape juices would've been free, had I not been told to paid for it beforehand. I told him that's why I like to check before paying, and he said well you didn't say anything, you should've said something. I reminded him of the last time I had asked him to check first and how he told me that's not how we do it. He said he never said that. I let him know that yes he did indeed say that exact thing to me and that's why I was hesitant to ask this time. He just kept saying no I didn't and refused to take responsibility or apologize or have any semblance of customer service whatsoever. Again, just because he says have a blessed day doesn't mean he's not being condescending as hell. The only reason I'm giving happy days any stars right now is because of the owner, Sam. He is amazing and has never ever been rude. He always makes me feel welcome and I always leave the store with a smile on my face when he is there. Bob on the other hand just makes me feel like shit when I go in and I leave wondering what the hell just happened. Bob is the soul reason I'm not coming back, which is disappointing since this has been my go to vape shop for a few years now.

I was so surprised , in a good way, about this cigar lovers version of Willie Wonkaville. The friendly and professional service provided by the staff (mostly women) was a blessing. The selections and pricing was just incredible Compared to most cigar places. I was like a kid at the candy store. I bought 30 cigars for the price of 10 top tier cigars at a California store. I called 7 times on the phone just to verify availability of my brand, but each time they just hung up on me. I don't know who the stupid guy is who keeps hanging up the phone, but hey, it's not my loss. I ended up buying 15 cartons at Las Vegas Paiute Tribal Smoke Shop, and I'm just glad I did. The staff is friendly and answers the phone. Smokes Mart just lost another customer due to the staff's laziness in answering the phone.
