I have gone to both spa for pedicures and have been very disappointed in the results of both of them. The first time was on 241/2 Rd. My feet were soaking a little long, then the gal came and removed the polish said she had to go and would be right back. After about 10 minutes I was asking where she had gone. I was told"She had hunger". I was upset because I had hunger also and was needing to leave, and I ask for another tech. but she then came back chewing her food. Of course then gave me a quick pedicure. The next time I went to the other Spa on Patterson and got a guy, he trimmed the nails and (cut the skin on one toe) rather quickly and did a little massage about 20 seconds, then he put the base coat on and polish, and was finished. He did not file any of the nails to shape them or smooth them out. Did not use the file and buffing pad in my plastic bag. My feelings are, the tech's are only interested in their tips and not doing a good job! I will not be going back until the managers get control. Norma W. read more

I love coming here to get pedicures. They're refreshing and relaxing. Every other salon I've been to for pedicures doesn't do nearly as good as a job as LV. However, the thing that irritates me is when the employees (mostly the girls) aren't very professional. There are a couple of girls who are very polite and welcoming, but almost all of the younger girls are always talking or are getting distracted by someone else. read more

I has my nails for my wedding done here and had a great experience. The staff was quick and did a fantastic job. My main complaint was that it took awhile to find someone to do an eye brow was, however it ended up being one of the best shapes that i've had. Word to the wise: the proximity to the LV Nails 2 is entirely confusing and half of my bridal party mistakenly ended up at the wrong location. read more

Went in for a gel mani and a pedicure I had gel on my toes from a prior pedicure, I was told it would be 5.00 to remove it? Even tho it's part of the pedicure I'm already paying 45.00 for. Then, for my manicure, I had prior gel as well, was informed it would be an added 10.00 for the same service? Are you serious??? I asked for a mani/ pedi. They never sent someone over for the mani, but maybe that's a good thing because I got a garbage pedicure. He cut into my nail bed and claimed I had an ingrown (I didn't). I can see from pics others have posted this happens a lot. The polish looks like it was done by a child. When I pointed out that the polish looked bad, he shrugged and walked away. This is the second bad experience in a row that I've had with this business - the other location does trash work, too. Tech wouldn't listen, had my regular tech to tell her what I liked and she still wouldn't do what I asked, my nails are to thin and will break easily. Worst experience! Staff was very rude and felt rushed the whole time. Also paid 61 for a pedicure and still have cracked bad heals and 51 for a manicure that was just polish on my regular nails! Way to much money for the terrible job-also a huge communication barrier that it was difficult to communicate anything. Than unfortunately my sister broke her nail that night and had to go back after the holiday. I called and they said they open at 9am-was there in the parking lot at 8:56-and an employee waved us in. She asked what was needed and told us to take a seat. We waited over 20 minutes as employees came in and out. Also throwing boxing inside around us-he did say sorry. I asked when she was going to be seen and she said no nail tech was there yet and she didn't know when they get there. She said they all just come and go as they please. Than the lady yelled at us and told us to not be mad at her because she doesn't know the nail techs hours. You would think since they open at 9am, they should be able to help customers at 9:00am for all services. We Left without a nail being fixed and had to go somewhere else. Although the interior is gorgeous, the staff's unprofessional demeanor is a deal-breaker for me. The last 3 times I was there, the mail technician passed me off more than once. The convenience of walk-ins is great, but even with an appointment, the wait time is unbelievable. The work, however, is pretty good. And when a nail breaks, or there's a chip shortly after the appointment, they are great about making time to fix it. read more

I almost didn't book an appointment here since it wasn't 4 stars, but I called and they were able to give me a same day appointment for a mani/pedi so I took a chance. We were traveling through CO, so I had to rely on reviews. What a pleasant surprise! The salon is large, with tasteful decor, and such pleasant staff! I got a gel manicure from Hi, who took her time, did a superb job, and was super nice on top of it! Simultaneously I got a pedicure which was also excellent. Great selection of gel and regular colors too. Combined with reasonable prices, you can't go wrong! They definitely deserve a higher rating than they have. Thanks for a great experience!! read more

Warning to all their customers!!! I was in there getting a pedi (end of Dec 2017) and watched them reuse their dirty tools. Disgusting! After finishing on a customer, they took their dirty tools to the back of the store where I was sitting with a plain view eye. They took the dirty tools, without disinfecting or even rinsing them off, and placed them in their blue "sterile" bags. They seal up the bags to trick the next customer into thinking they are clean. For years this has been a happy, relaxed place with friendly technicians. Yesterday it appeared that there's a new sheriff in town and he's a mean SOB. Tim publicly humiliated a neighboring technician for listening in as he spoke to her co-worker. My technician blinked back tears for most of my time there. He asked my friend to move while she was drying her nails even though there's so many empty chairs around the table that he could use to do the other customer's nails. He didn't even say "please and thank you". Just plain rude!. The girl that did my finger nails was in such hurry that my nails aren't the same length. me and my friends wanted to relax while getting our nails done but what we experienced was the opposite. I am very disappointed in this Salon, I have been there 3 times,each time I have felt like I am being rushed thru like a cattle call. The work has been very sloppy and the cost is over priced for the quality of work. I come to be pampered and relax and leave feeling pushed out the door. I used to love this place but lately they have done a terrible job. Nails that are chipped immediately, smudged polish on my skin, gel nails peeling within two days....you name it, the quality isn't there anymore. They're also REALLY in your face about getting you to upgrade stuff: I'd love to sit down and get a pedicure without getting bugged to upgrade everything. If I say I want a basic pedicure, that's what I want. Stop trying to sell me oatmeal scrubs and callous removals. Finally, this is my biggest peeve. They had a $5 off gel mani coupon on their website, so I showed it to them and they wouldn't honor it, spouting some nonsense about how it needs to be printed off, even though nowhere on the website does it say that. Definitely be prepared to get ripped off here. read more

This place was once wonderful, but is showing signs of going downhill. There was a time you would feel like your were spoiled. Pricey, but worth it, and the girls there were very attentive. However, the last couple of times, especially yesterday, the vibes are no longer there, and we observed it around the room. They are getting ready to open another facility, just down the road, and it looks like they are beefing up their staff for it, but it is turning us off on the place...many of the workers are new - which is understandable - and manu just seem grouch or unhappy. My pedicure and massage was definitely lacking and I was escorted out of my chair immediately upon completion, as opposed to being able to sit while my companion finished hers up. I looked over from the chair at the front several times and it was quite a while before anyone was shown to it. Her pedicure was a disaster; they knew it, you could see in their faces, but they didn't fix it, and now she has two unlatching feet with a toenail pointed in the wrong direction. To top the whole thing off, they messed up on the tip, overcharging it, and when we asked for the refund they first offered cash, then agreed to crediting the card, and they STILL over charged us. That works once, and they gained a few dollars, but they lost over 300 per month now in business. So girls, and owners, my advice to you is to quit acting like you don't understand English and keep your customers' needs to the forefront. I think we won't return and will not send anyone else there. read more

Been going here for years, but will not be back. I tried to pay with an older 100.00 bill. I was made to feel like a criminal because the business does not have a counterfeit pen... After a long time at front counter while guy went to back to check... I had to pay with a card. I went directly to my bank across the street where the teller was amazed at my story! i have been getting my pedicures done here for years. and for the most part it has been great. but yesterday was awful. they have a new pedi called an express which is 20 dollars. so i add a callus remover for 5 dollars more, well my feet feel rougher then when i went in. he went to trim my cuticle and cut the skin on my toe ( my toe still hurts and red. )polish badly applied nails uneven. i picked the express for a quick no frills pedi....i expected to get a clean professional look. i usually bring my own polish. but this time used theirs, maybe the shoud get new product. very disappointed. maybe would be over it by now if toe pain wasn't constant reminder. read more

Have been coming here for YEARS and have had very few complaints with their service and business. Okay, I have one HUGE complaint: Fox News on the TV!!! Ironic, really, IMHO. Fortunately they don't have the sound on, and I sit away from that tv. When I AM stuck within viewing distance of that particular tv, I make a point of LOUDLY voicing my opinion on the matter. Come on folks, if you want the news, how about a less one-sided choice? Or no news at all. YES, I have asked them to turn it off; but to no avail. That's why I am vocal about it when I'm there. Could I go elsewhere? Of course. But, these ladies and gents do the best job in GJ. I will say there is a difference in their other locations, though. The newest location is quite swanky, but I find the techs aren't as adept at pedicures, and there is more of a chemical smell to the place. My favorite is this location, across from the Mall, by Subway. The manager is from Columbia, and his wife is a tech too. She is THE BEST!!! Some of the male techs can get a little too rough with massage, but just let them know and they will be more gentle. Do most techs here speak mostly Vietnamese? Of course! But they all have a basic understanding of English. Heck, their English is way better than my Vietnamese!!! LOL Anyway, stay away from the gel nails; too expensive. If you want your polish to stay for weeks, choose OPI. I have gone 4 weeks with a pedicure and NO CHIPPING!!! My french nails (pedicure) last 3 weeks. They have a $5 off coupon on their web page. Recommend the deluxe pedicure for $35/$30 with coupon!!! A big plus? The IPads on some of the massage chairs! Great when you are getting a pedicure solo, or if you bring kids. read more

If I could chose 0 stars I would!!! I have been a few times with my mom and all the other times were great but today was not like that. Me and my mom went there today to get pedicures done. They seated us towards the back and the chair that my mom was sitting in was BROKE I mean it did not massage, move forward which is important because we have short legs. The whole time my mom was uncomfortable having to stretch her legs the whole time. They never once asked if she wanted to sit somewhere else or if she was okay. When I got done with my pedi I went to the front counter to pay and let the girl know that it has been uncomfortable for her and that they should let someone know that they chair is broke or not place people there for comfort. She told me "Yeah we know it is broke." After my mom was done she told them that she was uncomfortable and that it was hard to enjoy when your legs are being stretched. The girl at the front ROLLED HER EYES at my mom. They never once offered a discount for it and didn't seem like they cared a whole lot about it. I can for sure say that I will never be back again and will never recommend them to anyone. read more

I went here with a friend for the first time today. The girl doing my pedicure barely interacted with me, but it was ok until she cut the skin on one of my toes. She treated it, but I left with a big gob of goo on the lacerated toe. And when I got up to leave, my sandal messed up the polish on one of my big toes. They called her back over to fix it, but it is a mess. I spent $31 on a messed up pedicure. I will probably not return :( read more
