The wait time, if there is one, is never that long. They are quite good on turn over time. I have never had a "bad" experience. There are a few technicians that are better than others, so once you find the person you like, you can call ahead and book with them specifically! This is my go-to salon. They are very kind and are willing to listen to you if you speak up about something. Plus it is so close to me..... I really cannot complain!

The staff member was not the most gentle handler, he saw I was trying to figure out the massage settings on the chair but offered no instructions. I was not consulted regarding the shape or length, there was no scraping of heel skin, only the scrub while he was focused on CP24. Did not asked if I was happy with the colour I chose. As I was rushed out to pay, the plastic toe separator was left on, so I removed it myself before leaving. I regret leaving a tip. I called to book a full-set dip nails and a regular pedicure about 2 weeks prior to my requested appointment. I had no problem booking over the phone. They took me in right away upon my arrival. My pedicure was first. I actually have never gotten a real pedicure, with all the steps, a massage, cuticles pushed...all that jazz. So this was my first time and it was excellent! Vee did my pedicure and she was super sweet and honest. When I told her I was getting dip nails for my hands, she said I didn't need to get extensions because my natural length was good. I appreciated this because it shows they're honest and don't push you to get extra. I still ended up getting the extensions because some nails were broken lol. Anyways, Vee was chatty with me and did a great job on my nails. Her technique was great. I never felt uncomfortable or any pains. I then got my dip nails done by Trinh. She was very sweet and kept making sure I was satisfied with the shape and colour of my nails. I had a ton of questions, since I never get my nails done and she was super informative. This salon is not like your typical nail salon. I defs got a different vibe here. A more classy, up-scale vibe. They care about their customers and pay attention to detail. They're all thoughtful and outgoing. The care they have for their customers show, as all the ladies that left the salon during my services were all very happy with their nails. She said she can do it no problem. The colour came out amazing, but when it came down to the two designs on my accent nails.... I'm never going back. I don't understand how this nail tech found this design to be acceptable. I told her it wasn't nice and I didn't want it but she didn't change it. She got upset and left it. I ended paying 65 dollars for this terrible nail design. I'm never going back to this salon again.

I came on a Friday to get a pedicure with shellac, I was charged $55 and paid in cash. Half of my pedicure peeled off in the next few hours. I came back the next day to get it redone and asked to pay the difference to have acrylic toes done instead as I was extremely disappointed with the shellac. Instead of understanding my frustration and trying to resolve the issue the lady at the front desk started getting extremely frustrated and told me it would be an additional $100. I explained to her that instead of getting the shellac pedicure redone I just wanted to pay the difference for the acrylics and she kept using a rude tone of voice so much so that I had to ask her to keep her composure. She was grunting and rolling her eyes constantly. She was extremely distasteful and should not be working at any establishment ever. She told me someone would be coming to do the acrylics for me using the rudest customer service tone I have ever heard. Sammy who ended up doing my toes was amazing! She was friendly and we had a great conversation. When I was leaving I was to pay the $20 difference and I paid with card. My total showed up at $22.60 on the machine but when I left I noticed a surcharge of 54 cents that was charged and Brenda at the front desk had not notified me that I would need to pay a surcharge for using a credit card. A credit card surcharge which a customer is not notified of is illegal in Canada. The website also shows that an acrylic pedicure is $50+ yet I was told it would be $80. I understand length and shellac are all surcharges but the jump from $50 to $80 makes zero sense. The prices are misleading. Once again, the lady at the front desk is awful. Do not go to this salon if you want good service. The nail ladies working there are all kind and polite except for the extremely rude lady Brenda at the front desk. Do not recommend. Edit: after posting this review the salon has blocked me on their instagram out of fear that customers will see my 100% honest review. Please note that my review is honest and truthful and do not waste your time and money at this establishment. I would like to see Brenda let go as she is ruining what could otherwise be a good business.

If you come here, you do not have to worry about who will be doing your nails. Just know that it will turn out great. The lady that I had gotten was not listening to what I had told her to do. I repeated myself numerous times that I wanted my nails long and in a ballerina shape.
