You can find anything from antiques, collectibles, dishes, clothes, even a very large wild boar head. I thought some of the prices were high however signs throughout the location indicate prices are negotiable. Staff was friendly and greeted everyone as they entered. There is a scavenger hunt with a prize if you find all the items. You can even buy your beer as you browse. I am sure some people spend hours here. There is limited parking along the side of the building on the street. I am not a thrifter but it was fun to browse Oddballs.

Another reason was that I wanted to get tested but unfortunately, they were closed on Sundays which was disappointing since the website said they opened till 6pm. Regardless I drove to Ft Laud, got my test and why did I not leave? I ended up buying shoes, brand new cups for my drinks that I can carry to work, a wooden chopping board, Christmas decorations, and vintage signs. I had a ball. I'm inspired to declutter some more because I know my small contribution is going to a good cause versus dropping it off at a regular thrift store. The staff was super nice. I mean super!! Even when I got tested, the person took the time to go over so many things I didn't know and was very much educated on, and will be visiting the following Sunday to discuss. There's such a stigma around HIV, getting tested, and talking about these in my community but these are real issues that need to be spoken about openly. I'm so appreciative of this organization and will only be donating to the closet.

I found an incredible skulls and roses 2X collar shirt for only $12.00, but of course it was manufactured in China and my arms could not push through the sleeves - this is a common issue for me. Good supply of Halloween ornaments and Pride costumes. All items are priced very reasonably. The shop offers a clinic for free HIV testing including a full service pharmacy. The thrift shop is a non-profit business and all proceeds go toward AIDS Healthcare Foundation.

If you are looking for couture, high end, handbag heaven then this 2,000 sq. foot store is it. They specializes in bags with names like Burberry, Chanel, Louis Vuitton, Hermès, Gucci, Prada, Valentino, and Fendi. Everything is guaranteed to be authentic. The have new and pre owned bags. On the day I visited a new $6,000, caviar navy Chanel bag was being photographed and uploaded to the stores Instagram. A Yelp check in will net you a coupon for $75 off of a Chanel or a Louis Vuitton bag, It's definitely one of the highest check in offers I have ever seen. In addition to purses they also sell clothing, shoes, and jewelry. This is not your average thrift store, a pre owned handbag can still sell here for $1,000 but they had a few bags in the $200 range. There was even a clearance table with a selection of bags on it. At any given time they have 400 bags in stock to chose from. If you have a high end designer bag they will purchase yours too if you are interested in selling. During my visit I got a chance to chat with the owner Sandra who is an absolute sweetheart. She answered all my questions and let me take all the pictures I wanted. She even let me touch the $6,000 Chanel bag. If the bag is a consignment piece Sandra can't lower the price but if it is one of her bags she will work with you. It doesn't hurt to ask. You get a certificate of authenticity with your purchase so you can rest assured you are getting the real deal. Ultimately I didn't buy anything. If I have an extra grand to kick around I want the I Phone 11 pro but if money were no object, I would have a piece of arm candy from here.

They have this store in Lauderhill and another one in Margate. I had fun sorting through the treasures. They had clothes, furniture, household goods, decorations, and collectibles. There was a lot of things to look at and I was pleasantly surprised by the variety of inventory. Everything was neat, organized, and fairly priced. I saw several people who looked like resellers picking up items and checking prices on their phones before popping it into their carts. If you see something you like grab it. Like everywhere else, it pays to know what the market values are. And I always like checking the current prices being charged for things I grew up with. I did wind up buying a lovely bracelet here.
