This is not a typical light pressure massage. He focuses on deep, targeted bodywork, incorporating stretching and movement to release tension effectively. I spend long hours working at a computer, and he was able to identify areas of tightness immediately and explain the underlying causes. The session was thorough and intentional. He spent the full hour working through problem areas and addressing long standing tension. It can be intense at times, especially if you are not used to deep tissue work, but the results are noticeable. Pricing is very reasonable and comparable to other places in the area, especially considering the quality of the service. I have already booked a follow up and plan to return regularly.
