I had multiple appointments cancelled by them and re scheduled. I missed one appointment, office said two, she immediately got defensive, argumentative followed with raising her voice. Being an adult and having a child yell at me when trying to figure out the billing problem was unacceptable. I cancelled my future appointments even though insurance was covering my appointment's. I've had deep lower lumbar issues since a trampoline accident when I was a kid. He is the only Dr. I've been to who gets it to realign in Corvallis/Albany. There's another good one in Eugene, Dr. Casey, so I'm glad I have Dr. Sheparo so I don't have to drive the hour to get quality treatment in my home town. The great part, for me anyways, is that they generally have same day appointments if I tweak my back and need same day care. It might be with a different Chiropractor but it's better than waiting!!
