Any time we asked they made up more questions for us like we weren't giving them what they needed, it was beyond frustrating and utterly ridiculous. The topper of it all was they absolutely treated us like dirt and implied at every turn that we were trying to do something shady because we wanted to know what they were doing. We pay you to do a job and that is our right to know. Thank god we are back with our original highly competent lawyer who answered every question I asked Lisa's office in about 20 minutes AND didn't charge me for it. They were completely incompetent.
