Stopped in for a drink. They have wine tasting and liquor tasting. We decided to just order a drink. Husband had lemon moonshine and tea it was good. My cousin order a signature cocktail blackberry lemon something and I ordered a Moscow mule. We all enjoyed our drinks. Services was top notch acknowledged us right when we came in. My wife and I popped into the Lynchburg Distillery during a visit to Lynchburg (specifically for Jack Daniels tour). The "bartender " was quite friendly and gave a fair summary/overview of products. There are no free samples. My wife had an old-fashioned and I had their take on a mule. I actually purchased a bottle of lemon moonshine. It was VERY smooth! Drinks are fair priced. Everyone in her was very friendly and definitely worth visiting if you are in Lynchburg. read more

Located in the Downtown Lynchburg shopping plaza this is a great place to do a tasting, have a wonderful cocktail and have great conversation with staff. The cold brew cocktail (off menu) was my favorite- full of flavor and just the right amount of spirits needed. Fair prices and a great locally owned company. read more

While in the area we stopped in and ended up buying 3 bottles to bring home. The liquor was good and the service was friendly. We were the only ones there and did a tasting of the moonshine and the liquor so we could try a little bit of everything. The bartender was super friendly and did a brief background of all the items. So.... this is not good wine... it's super sweet, flat flavor, no body and ZERO complexity. Not sure what they are trying to do here... or if this is just a start-up and they are learning as they go or something... but its NOT horrible... its just not good. The staff was friendly but did not seem knowledgeable about wine, other than what was written down on the cards for them to read. They clearly had not been trained in how to do tastings or what the overall concept is. It was kind of like, they were bar-tenders and just served you up a 7&7 and left you to your own. The establishment looks new and maybe even recently re-built inside. Very clean, good restrooms, clean carpet... wait, carpet in a place that serves booze? That's not gonna go well... Anyways, this place is literally attached and opened up to the bar next door and you can walk back and forth. Feels a bit like a hang-out for some of the local drunks and interesting characters... But as far as 'winery'? Nope.. stick with the distillery up the street for real booze. read more

Truly a gemstone hidden in the notorious city of Lynchburg, Tennessee. This city has very small town vibes, with 1 stoplight and a small city center, you can hit it all in just a few hours. After a Jack Daniels Distillery tour we stumbled into the main plaza and found the Lynchburg Winery, because what better to do after a liquor tasting? Wine tasting! The store front is very large, with a front shopping area of wine-o goodies, with a large tasting room in the back. With a stage set up in the corner, this is obviously a happening place on a weekend evening. We did a few wine tastings, with their sweet and semi-sweet wines! They were all absolutely lovely, and we bought a bottle of "Just Peachy," to share over dinner at home. This was a lovely shop set up into the town and definitely a fun place to go! read more

Friendly and welcoming service with a huge tasting room - although it could probably use a few more tables. They grow almost all their own grapes as well, so it's nice that there's a level of quality assurance inherent with owning your own production line. $5 tasting gets you the glass, or skip the cup for $4. Some pretty decent ones in there as well. Definitely a great stop after hitting the distillery tour. read more

Gorgeous taste room. I know the winery is fairly new but they were doing well considering. It was a little disappointing they were missing two out of their already limited list. My boyfriend and my favorite wine was Strawberry Zen. We bought a bottle. It was nice that one of the ladies gave us an extra glass to try a speciality wine; the Merlot Reserve. Cannot wait to come back and see what they evolve into. read more

Went here after doing the tour at Jack Daniels. We almost took a pass and just left but thank goodness we chose to check it out. The wines are simple but have wonderful flavors. Honestly we loved the merlot and cab they had. Now it's not your typical Cali red wine but I'll tell you this wine maker knows what he is doing. Great aromas, wonderful taste on the palate. It's interesting how they say that the area is known for sweet wine drinkers, because they really make a decent "dry" wine. The staff is awesome! Super friendly and knowledgeable. Plenty of room at the tasting bar to saddle up and not feel crowded. I definitely recommend that you don't pass this gem up! read more

This winery is a lovely addition to Lynchburg. Their wines are delicious, and the staff is very knowledgeable about them. They were able to provide us with quite a bit of information about the wines that they offer, as well as recommendations for which ones to try based on our tastes. The tastings they offer are awesome. The prices are reasonable, and the tasting glasses that you can take with you are lovely. We walked out with several bottles after trying them. I highly recommend a stop here if you're even remotely a fan of wine. read more

This winery tasting room is in charming downtown Lynchburg and is a surprise find among the little touristy boutiques and restaurants...their wines are the real deal. The tasting room is in the back of the shop and it a hub of activity. For a small fee you can taste some amazing and unique wines, including some that are distinctly Southern. Stopped here after a wonderful tour at Jack Daniel's. The price for a wine tasting was unbeatable! Just under 6 bucks to try 5 wines (good portion given) and you keep the wine glass.
