Lynch's assured me that my tow truck was on the way and never showed up. After waiting a half hour less than a mile from their shop I called for an update and was told that they had had police tow requests come in and that I was effectively on my own. I understand the nature of the business requires them to prioritize police towing, BUT I feel the simple courtesy of a phone call to inform me of the delay would have been the minimal possible courtesy a business could extend. I'm gravely disappointed because Lynch's has a great reputation and was my closest possible vendor for automotive towing. I cannot, however, recommend them after wasting a crucial half hour of my day by failing to notify me, I regard this as CRIMINALLY unprofessional. read more

I'm getting real tired of getting my car towed from these people from a place where I live where I have a valid sticker and I'm legally parked also they wrote that it's undrivable which was untrue and I never get any calls twice, they're not going to try to keep my car if someone just does not like me for whatever reasons but it is not happening to others here. I want them to stay the hell away from me and leave me alone. Reply to business owner's reply: Not only did I provide the driver of your flatbed with my driver's license upon arrival and I was also ready to go back inside to get a utility bill (because he didn't ask for that the first time) to further prove my ownership of my residence, but he and I clearly remembered each other from when he delivered a client's car to my property late last year. They are predatory, using force to get you to move your Equipment out of yard. I called for my client to get some trailers out of their yard that they towed out of an Amazon yard in Stoughton MA (6-7 trailers). Which by the way they were not my property just calling to give information since my clients were out of the country. I should have thought of them first, but seeing as I broke down 3 miles from work, I called someone more local to that service area. The tow guy (aka Mr. Helpful) was not excited about the distance from Raynham to Whitman, and told me if I "could find someone else, please do". Oh, and he also wanted CASH but who the hell carries $180 on them at any given whim? I then remembered Lynch's and called the dispatcher who was very nice. Yes, they would take a credit card, and they were $30 less than "Mr. Helpful". The towing service had other routes they were busy on, so I was told it might be up to 2 hours before they could arrive. I got a ride to work and let them know my husband was going to be with the car waiting for the tow truck. They arrived well within the time window, and towed the vehicle to its destination. No headaches. Yes, the next time I am just keeping Lynchs on speed dial. When I called for a copy of the bill to submit to my insurance for reinbursement, I had the copy via email within seconds of the request. They were friendly and helpful with getting my car towed. I reached out to Lynch's towing when Triple A informed me at 12 am that they didn't have any technicians available until after 8 am. I called Lynch's towing, and they informed me they were backed up, and it would take about an hour before the tow truck arrived. About 25 minutes later, the tow truck arrived to service the car. he was awesome. He loaded my suv on his flat bed, and that was that!. Horrible! From The moment the old man, I'm assuming the owner, hopped out of his truck he was nothing but beyond rude & miserable. After being told to shhh about 4 times, I was able to get a word in & tell him about himself. He would not even let the situation be explained.Nor was he helpful in any way shape or form. Once we figure out what we needed to do and what piece of paperwork we told them.We will be back the following day or the day after. Therefore, we went back today and lo. And the old man took my vehicle and moved it all the way to Milford, where I went to that establishment and was told it had already been classified as totaled or salvaged. Mind you, my vehicle was not in an accident of any kind. It was simply stolen. So not only was this situation. Not my fault at all but I was made to feel like I was a criminal and I was incompetent. Now I have no vehicle and have to come up with a way to buy a new one. It can no longer be registered or anything. a perfectly good vehicle. Getting a tow is never a good experience, mike picked me up on 24. Took extra care to make sure my motorcycle was secure and even dropped me off at home after dropping off my motorcycle. I was driving on the highway and the tow truck driver was flying down the breakdown lane and when he came close to the two cars in the breakdown lane proceeded to just start to move into my lane without a blinker. I then proceeded to move into the lane next to me because he almost hit me and as he drove by me, he flipped me. He then proceeded to not stop for the two cars in the breakdown lane and continue to fly down the breakdown lane. Obviously this driver is less than professional and could have risked the life of many people. I would not recommend a company that employs such inconsiderate people. read more

I hate to say this but I brought my vehicle in for a sticker and after I left I noticed scrape marks down the side of it. It looks like they may have tried to make them less noticeable with some polishing compound because they left that on the side of the vehicle too. It looks like they scraped it maybe getting too close to tow truck or piece of equipment. I wish they just let me know and maybe apologized opposed to say nothing. read more

I called lynches I needed a TNC Inspection, the guy said we're open and to come on by. I walked inane six guys that work there were sitting around doing nothing I asked for the inspection the guy ( I guess the boss) said "we're all on lunch come back at one"...seriously! that's the way you do business, that's the way you treat your customers! I understand you need lunch but you need to take care of your customers as well I will never go back there for anything Well John when go into a place that provides a service you expect to get that service not a bunch of guys sitting around doing nothing but I guess you don't need the business! Not being familiar with the Brockton area, I was, needless to say, quite frantic when my less than new car died on Route 24. The driver was very helpful & I felt very at ease with his professionalism. The speed & efficiency with which the entire encounter happened, helped me forget that I was dealing with a broken down car! I never do this but just have to share my review of my experience with Lynches tow service today. My brother is currently being treated for serious medical issues at a hospital and unfortunately his car was towed by his apartment complex when they were doing construction and he never knew since notices were sent after he was admitted. My family discovered the cost had accrued to over $1K already and we wanted to help get his car out right away since we don't know when he will be released from the hospital and we don't want him to have to deal with this huge bill when he gets out. When I explained the situation to the man at Lynches I was told there is no negotian on the price as they have a business to run and they will need to collect the full amount owed and every day will keep increasing by $35- this was unfortunate but we completely understood. My family got the money together to get his car out so he wouldn't keep accruing fees while in the hospital. My mom and I arrived today with all the money, a note from my brother authorizing us to pick up for him, we had his license and car keys and provided our license and info as well showing we were his family . They tossed the note back at us saying how they are supposed to believe this was really my brother who wrote this. We called my brother and got him on phone - they refused to talk with him and said how are we supposed to believe that's him. They just would not accept our money and give us the car- and then said they needed to speak with the hospital directly to confirm. At first, the hospital said they couldn't release info due to privacy laws but eventually they agreed to confirm my brother was a patient. The man at Lynches was unbelievably rude to the nurse saying how are they supposed to believe the hospital is who they say they are and hung up on them. A new man then came out and started yelling at us saying he now needs a written letter from hospital and a phone call will not work. I said that's not right b/c we were just told phone call would work and now they are going back on what they just said. He then threatened me and said if we continued to push the issue he would just be keeping the car all together and not releasing to anyone at all. I left at that point and my mom was finally able to convince the hospital to fax a letter which they finally accepted along with all the money and gave us the car. This company fought us so hard to keep the car because they wanted to continue charging the storage fee and making money off my brother which is just disgusting. Things have been difficult as it is with my brothers medical issues but being treated like garbage by this company was just unnecessary and cruel. I would not recommend anyone do business with a company that treats people like this. read more

Honestly they are wonderful people, truly nice to their customers and willing to help their customers with removing their cars when its towed. My car was towed because it was not registered with housing management of where I lived. Of course 2am my car was towed while I was asleep in the resident permit parking. First thing I did that morning was to get my car off back. Denise (Awesome receptionist) was the first person in the office when I walked in, she is very nice, pleasant and looked presentable to approach to with questions and concerns. I'm telling you this because I was not entirely prepared as far as paperwork going to that office. As a result of her excellent customer service skills, and seeing the working environment.
