Went to look at a truck for my business. By far the most pleasant buying experience I had ever had. From meeting 'Sean', in the sales dept, the owner, and the 4-5 guys I met in the shop while visiting. Such a good experience, that I had bought a second truck before I left! I wanted to put my plate on and wire up my lights before I left, it was cold that day, Sean brought the truck in the shop the night before, so it would be warm, and so would I when doing my thing. I started doing my 'thing', and the owner came in to see how things were going, and he then pulled 2 of his guys aside and said' if this guy needs anything at all, drop what you're doing and get it for him no questions asked. My sister was with me, and he brought her in a chair and asked her if she would like anything to drink, and showed her where the bathroom was. Even the shop bathrooms were clean. Lynch's Towing is the best! We were passing through Massachusetts today, driving our RV and towing our Jeep. Our Jeep caught fire and the Fire Dept was called to put the fire out. Lynch's Towing was called to tow our Jeep to their lot. The truck driver, Brandon, was so nice and patient. He drove slow so we could follow him to their lot. He helped us unload our bikes and load them on the RV. We offered to tip him and he wouldn't take any money. David in the office was so nice! He made sure we were ok and helped us fill out the paperwork. He assured us that everything would be ok. Lynch's Towing is a first rate business. My 1978 lime green caddy was in rough shape and had a spent radiator in the hot and humid climate of New England and I had to pull over because the clunker was on fire and I didn't have the energy to Ghost Rider it all the way to Woonsocket. I phoned up Lynch's Towing, whom I've heard many a good things about while existing in Brockton in the summer of '99.They materialized within minutes and really got me out of a pickle. Not only did they tow old bessie, they gave me a ride home and offered a classic Coca-Cola. That memory still to this day, puts a smile to my mean mug. From the moment I walked in the door Lynch's staff was very considerate and efficient. Even with a chaotic day of city power outages and people coming in and out of the door, they were able to get the job done in a short period of time and at a respectable price. They promised they would get the job done and beat multiple competitor's prices and they did just that! I had to go in there yesterday to retrieve my car after being parked some where that I guess I shouldn't have been, I couldn't believe how busy of a place it it, phones ringing crazy people coming in and out , yet the man answering the phones could still deal with customers coming in the doors, answer phones, talk with drivers on the radios, but yet still keep a pleasant attitude, they are very professional people and run a customer service busy as it should be, thank you for making a bad day easier. Thank God for Lynch's Towing. Dave was awesome! Really went above and beyond his duty. I got flooded because of some person by the mall and the water was starting to rise. Dave from Lynch's towing showed up and made an awful situation much more bearable. He was friendly and helpful and most importantly, got me out of a terrible situation quickly. My Jeep GC engine wouldn't turn over on NYE. I called Lynch's in a panic and Allison was so helpful. The woman that helped me was so nice , understanding, and very willing to answer any and all questions. Who knew nice people worked for tow companies. My mothers car broke down she is 81 years old, I called Lynchs Towing in Brockton, that's where she lives and broke down, they were very polite asked me where the car was what kind etc..
