That my return wouldn't fire their box because Amazon required 13 OTHER items to go into the box along with mine. My item would fit fine and if they had smaller items returned they could have easily accepted this return. They were not helpful at all and it was a waste of time. However the boxes are empty, and I don't know what kind of policy they have in this store for why their boxes are empty.
