There's a time limit of 1.5 hr to load and 1.5 hr to unload but it was nice to have the option. I hired 2 movers through a separate service since the truck driver can only drive the truck and it went smoothly. Thanks Nate for driving the truck!

As soon as I walked in, someone met me at the door, took my bag, and placed it on the scale right in front of me so I could see the weight. Super transparent. Then they had me watch everything being shredded live on a TV screen, which was honestly such a cool and reassuring concept.
